Birra Tacos were actually amazing. I live in Texas and visit Mexico frequently. Finding good Birria is not easy North of the border. I was pleasantly surprised. Great location in a historic restaurant in Amherst. The wait staff were super friendly and the service was fast for a packed house on a Friday evening. Super Rico!!
This was a good LaCaretta but not the best. The waiter was good and we got our food quickly and the entire bill was less than $45. I got the chicken Talavera and my husband got the fajitas. Their cheese sauce was good. It was not water down like some of the other LaCarretta restaurants. They need to have more thumbtacks on their bulletin board for me to hang some of my business cards up. For the most part, I have really no complaints of the restaurant it was clean. The food at this restaurant is excellent. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly. The men's restroom is very clean, considering how much it gets used, but the toilet paper is a little on the rough side. Overall, it is a great place to have a meal with family and friends. You won't be disappointed.
