“Ongoing problems with bad service as noted on other review sites. Awaiting response from Franchise management. Can someone please explain to me why it is ACCEPTABLE to use RECYCLED low temp chemically infused water (recycled for up to 8 hours) to clean dishes/silverware with that are served to the public. Even the manufacture of the machine says that this isn't acceptable and to stop using these machines as they do NOT kill bacteria, and may contribute to the spread of the Covid Virus.... DO NOT RECOMMEND“

“Subs are reliable but not stand-out. I've never had a bad experience with the staff, which is nice when most quick meal options have employees who look like they're ready to die. Prices are kind of high. Overall, decent sub option. I used to go to jimmy for cheaper prices before they closed. I'll go elsewhere for cheese steaks, but I do like to grab a club or Italian here.The location gets very busy during peak hours. Even if the inside isn't packed, it has constant online orders going through. So make sure you've got time or ordered in advance. A lunch break could be a pinch.“
