Sushi wasn't as expected and overly priced. Spent way too much and we were all left hungry. Next stop Chick Fil A.

Wonderful sushi and sashimi, delicious and fresh with a presentation that puts it over the top! Really beautiful! Service and ambiance were great as well! We enjoyed the meal and a relaxing evening listening to music.

Amazing sushi and normal prices! I figure, given the venue and upscale-ness of the new restaurant that is combined with The Black Sheep here at 2 silos would have been crazy expensive but I was surprised by average prices. Sushi was excellent!!! Server Ryan did a great job. Recommend!!! Oh and the carrot cake desert was soooo good too.

Great sushi, great venue!For Father's Day I treated myself to a delicious lunch at this newly opened restaurant. As is true with all the restaurants on the Two Silos campus, reservations are required. I was admitted after Confirmation that I was wearing a mask and a contactless temperature check. I appreciate the safety measures. The restaurant is an pavilion adjacent to the Black Sheep restaurant. The sushi menu is the same at both restaurants but the entrees at Black Sheep are not available at Absolutely Sushi. No problem for me as I only wanted sushi. The selection is amazingly broad. I got the sushi platter which had 5 chef selected nigiri pieces and the rainbow roll. Beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Especially appreciated the avocado in the roll as perfectly ripe. My waiter was Travis who was knowledgeable, attentive, but not overbearing. In this transition time as we reopen from COVID-19, the ability to sit in an open air venue and have great food was a perfect way to celebrate Father's Day. (I have a photo but don't know how to add it)
