I looked at the the reviews - some were heinous- but overall I was content. Sure, a little noise away in the hallway, but nothing major. Been in a lot of hotels, and this one qualifies as about an eight out of 10 on quietness. Front desk reception was excellent, bed was comfy and room was pretty clean. I left at 4 AM to go to a job site and came back by 7 AM, walked in the door and grabbed breakfast no questions asked, and breakfast was one of the more decent ones I’ve come across. Ready-made pancakes in the steamer along with scrambled eggs, sausage, juices, cereals, pastries and yogurt. Somewhat dated in some areas but nothing bad. Also easy to get to and no issue with parking. Good luck to the rest of you out there !

The hotel needs an update, seemed like a very nice hotel from the 70’s. Water smells like sewer. The beds make a noise. The gym seems dirty. The staff is not very friendly. Not worth the price. Do not recommend it.

Stayed here for three nights while attending a family wedding. The room was nice and clean. The bed was nice and firm, though the pillows were not very comfortable. Fridge and microwave were clean. I will say that the ice bucket lid was dirty and I had to scrub it with soap and a spare washcloth. The bathroom was okay, though it could use a refresh to match the standard of the rest of the room, and the shower curtain was about six inches too long, which could pose a tripping hazard from stepping on it in the tub. Fortunately, we didn't need to do any ironing--there was an iron in the closet, but no ironing board. The only real annoyance was that the housekeepers seem to like to yell back and forth at each other. All in all, a decent stay for the price--not luxurious, but adequate. I would stay here again.

AC/Heat didn't work and I didn't want to change rooms since it was late and I needed to sleep. Temp was okay without it being adjusted. Property didn't impress me. I choose it because of good past experiences with Wyndham properties. It was a reasonable value but not worthy of a 3-start hotel. I don't want to leave a negative review but reviews by others have helped me find good places to stay so I feel obligated to participate. Normally, I just wouldn't leave a review. The place wasn't awful just less than I expected of a Wyndham property.

On first impression didn’t seemed pretty okay. However, the first floor which is basically the basement hall way is hot and musty. The deadbolt for the door of the room didn’t line up properly with the slot on the door frame. Probably because the door is swollen from humidity. I did test the door from the outside and it was secure however, I don’t want to stay somewhere that feels like a potential safety issue. I will NOT be staying here again. Saving a little money isn’t worth it.

Very poor renovations. Very dated. Bathroom sink was not secure and flimsey and very cheap. But major concern was the disrespectful front desk and housekeeping team displayed. Housekeeping arrived in morning, being exteremely loud by laughing and yelling to one another and trying to enter our room. When I called front desk they basically indicated it was our fault for not putting the do not disturb sign out. 1) there was no sign to put out. 2) The sign would not have prevented the noise. Another room also complained. Would never stay at this place again. Received 2 stars as linen was clean.

Right off Route 66 yet quiet and very comfortable accommodations. Staff was especially welcoming. Breakfast was nice and the staff ensured a steady supply of items. We plan to stay here again when visiting family in the area.

We enjoyed our time together at Applegate which is in Wyndham garden inn Manassas. It has not been Four Points by sheraton for over many years. Page was our server/Bartender and was a very pleasant and hospitable person. Food and drinks were good and well prices (a steel). Nice ambiance and good service.
Breakfast quality is ordinary at best. Little choice of items, beverages, etc. Even the quality of the plates plates and silver is the lowest you can find on the market. Would also suggest offering complimentary coffee and water in the lobby during the day.

We attended a concert at Jiffy Lube Live and were looking for a hotel close to the interstate and a short ride to our concert. This Wyndham was exactly what we were looking for! The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious! We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re visiting the NOVA area or attending a concert at Jiffy Lube Live! Great stay!!!!

Hotel was overrun by hundreds of kids on a field trip. Elevators were impossible with all the kids and we couldn’t get the “free” breakfast because the kids were running in and out of the huge line and being loud and obnoxious. The staff should have thought ahead and staged the kids in a separate banquet area. A lot of adults were upset and zero apologies from the manager. Won’t ever use this hotel chain again.

The daily specials are usually very good, everything else is hit or miss. Our go to is the chicken tenders with fries.It is a quiet hotel restaurant there to serve it's guests.It's definitely very affordable.
