Baskin Robbins is not sticking to its slogan of 31 flavors! Family and I decided to go out for ice cream only to find out they were out of most of the flavors we asked for, strawberry really?! But, to top it off the employee didn’t even go to the back to see if they had more and used the lame excuse of “I only work here”, which I understand but what happened to taking pride in your work and at least going to the back freezer and checking.

Oh, Baskin-Robbins, what a debacle our order was. We were all in the mood for ice cream, so we decided to order from the Manassas location via DoorDash. Big mistake.After 45 minutes, our order was still not updated, and drivers kept disappearing into thin air. It was like we were caught up in a Scooby-Doo mystery. And after an excruciating one hour and ten minutes, I finally got a call from the driver. Apparently, Baskin-Robbins wanted me to cancel the order. Not happening, my sweet-toothed friends.When the ice cream parlor finally called me, they said they didn't have vanilla, chocolate chip, strawberry, cherry Garcia, or even caramel syrup. What kind of ice cream place doesn't have the basics? And why did it take them 70 minutes to figure this out? I was fuming.The rude employee then had the audacity to ask me to cancel the order myself. Excuse me, sir, but I am not canceling my order! After some heated words, he eventually canceled it himself. And to add insult to injury, DoorDash had the audacity to tell me that my order was still on the way two hours later. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound.To top it all off, my kids were mad at me for not delivering the ice cream they were so excited for. I got a one-star rating as a dad. Thanks, Baskin-Robbins, for ruining our family night. You've left a bitter taste in our mouths, and not the sweet kind.

Upset I paid $7 for a strawberry sundae and got home with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and a cherry?!??? Where’s the strawberry topping whipped cream? So frustrating
