I went to dinner here with my sister on Friday. First off when the host bring us to our booth theirs trash and menu on the sit from when the last ppl came in, she then kept going back to the front and I had to say something about the mess her and the waitress both seen and asked to clean it. The waitress looked annoyed and I didn’t want her handling my food so I just went to the bar. That experience wasn’t any better. All the younger waitresses have terrible customer service. I can see that they get it from the manager who gave me attitude because my wings were soft and mushy and told her she could take them back. For $2 a wing I shld be able to enjoy them. I’ve been there before and received decent service but that day i received the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Every employee had horrible attitudes and you can tell they didn’t want to be there. The crazy part is that they make you order online yourself and have the nerve to ask if you want to tip. Smh don’t waste your time and hard earned money at this place.

Where to begin?? The restaurant was almost empty, and sadly there is multiple reasons why.This facility does not offer any menus, you will have to scan a code to be able to look it up. The food came out pretty quick, and was warm, however they messed up 3 of our orders. Paying was a nightmare! We were giving our 9 tickets all together, and we had to figure out who’s ticket belong to who, our waitress was the only one keeping up with the few tables they had, while the rest of the staff was walking around on their phone. To pay you must scan the code on the table and do it yourself. We had a few problems with code, so we asked the manager to help us, and instead of doing it herself, she kept calling the waitress to do it. There was no apology for all the inconveniences which was the least management could’ve done. This facility needs a more serious manager. I never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant before. I recommend you find a better place to eat.

Where do I actually begin??? I ordered the bacon smashed burger with no cheese. First time they brought it out, it had cheese. The second time it was brought out, it had no bacon. Also, our table asked for ranch 2 separate times and it was never brought out. Our waitress seemed to be the only one working. Every table that came in, she took. Even though there were other servers and managers on the floor. When it came time to pay it took our group of 9 people at least 30 minutes to pay. The manager on the floor was absolutely no help whatsoever. When we asked for her assistance on how to pay she just rang our waitress to come help us instead of just helping. Mind you, she was just standing behind the bar doing absolutely nothing. I have never in my whole entire life have dealt with such a horrible restaurant experience. This whole facility needs a serious change of crew and management. No wonder it was completely EMPTY when we walked in.

This has got to be the dirtiest BDubs I've ever been to. Mid day, it took 15 mins to have someone seat us. Only 7 other patrons there besides the junkie dealing drugs outta the bathroom.Plus no menus, only scan so I ended up ordering from the online menu. Took forever for our food that's how I ended up putting it together what she was doing, between what she was saying and the people showing up to go into the restroom and then leave. Ridiculous! Do not recommend it!

When I went there surprisingly no one was there but me. I ordered an Arnold Palmer drink, Nashville Chicken Sandwich with Fries, and Hot Buffalo Wings. The food was good, but the Nashville chicken sandwich was a little salty and I didn't finish it. Other stuff was good.Now the bad part saved for last. When I arrived, there was a table flipped over and I sat at the booth table. It was so dirty on the floor and the booths were soo dirty.

Food took forever. We got the wrong order and had to wait even longer. Service was not good and it took over 20 minutes to pay the bill because they charged the wrong amount. After “management review” the bill was as still wrong. Will not come back or recommend this place.

This is probably the worst BWW we have been to. We were not given menus.....instead referred to a QR code for a menu that was painstaking to weed through. Instead of being able to simply look at a 2 sided menu quickly and make choices, we had to click back and forth through categories and try to decipher what was what. Then the waitress recommended we order on an app instead of her doing her job....which also required we enter a bunch of info, including a credit card number just to order. No thanks. Our waitress seemed high or something and put out about having to actually wait on us. Only bright side was that the food was hot and tasted great. Service was minimal and this was just a very poor BWW experience. We eat at a lot of BWWs but will not return to this one. We can see why it was practically empty on a Saturday evening.

Went back after several months. We usually go for the Street Tacos and the wings. This time, we noticed a new menu item - Bird Dawg! So, we ordered the wings and the Dawg. The Dawg was quite good, definitely a 5/5. For the wings, we tried to Nashville hot, Mango Habanero, Thai Curry, and the Special Sauce. Mango Habanero was a 5/5, Nashville - 3/5, Thai - 2/5, and the Special - 3/5. There seemed to be nothing special with the Special Sauce, Thai Curry was mostly bland - pasty Sauce with but much taste to it, felt like a coating of bland shrub paste. Nashville could have been spicier, and as always, Mango Habanero was stellar. So, with good service and a good atmosphere the overall score would be a 4.5/5, but cutting it down to 4/5 for forcing us to use QR code menu instead of an actual menu.
