First and last time at this location. I order the salad bowl with tortilla and chicken. First I asked for rice , the worker serving gave me of half of the serving spoon . I looked at him said please give me more thats to little, he kept skimpy me. Then I asked for beans same barely any so I said give me more please. The worker gave me the same portion with the veggies and the chicken. The food looked very old like it was sitting there for a long time, everything was dry , stale and hard rice. I got charged extra for beans . I asked the manger on duty who was Latino and had tied up hair, why am getting charged extra for beans and why are the portions so small he said that's how our standard is for portion serving. Customer service was very poor, overcharged food item, poor quality food , low food quantity, and poor management. Overall if can rate a zero out of ten I would give it a 0. I will never go back.. chipotle is better in manassas than cafe rio.

Rude staff, had a poorly wrapped burrito that made it genuinely impossible to properly eat it with the sour cream underneath the burrito which soaked into it instead of being totally to the side to just add as I go, and what's the point of the the to go area if they can't pre-fill the drinks you've ordered

I watched them treat people differently depending on nationality and the way they either placed food nicely or throw it down. If you say something, then they suddenly don't understand or speak English clearly. The food is good, but cs needs to be

Extremely clean and quick service restaurant. You go in, choose your options, and they make it fresh in front of you. Don't confuse this with a Chipolte type establishment though. Totally different options. I ordered the shredded beef burrito, Enchilada style. For the portion, the prices are extremely reasonable. The burrito was stuffed to the gills! The shredded beef was amazing! Tender, packed full of flavor, and the pica (hot) and the beans/rice were a tad salty,but not the least underseasoned! The tomotilla sauce needs to be smothered over everything! Chips and salsa were average, don't bother with them. The drink selections are great! Had the fresh limeade, and then a few refills!
