I am a signature member and Chick-fil-A lover. I have to say out of all the locations that I have been to across the U.S., this has to be the best!! The staff, atmosphere, and food are great. On par with the expectations I have with most Chick-fil-A's but the community involvement and Tuesday night kids nights really take the cake for my family. We have made this a staple on our weekly routine and have even made friends with kids out kids ages bc of this. ❤️ thank you for being awesome!
Well, Kudos to the staff for moving the line along more quickly. The guy who took my order was so flippant that it was borderline offensive. I even had trouble understanding him. Maybe there was too much pressure on the people cooking the food. I ordered the chicken tenders and mine were undercooked. I was unable to even eat them. Considering the price, I was not happy about this.

The few times I have been at this chick fil a and I always have bad experiences but today was the worse, order breakfast and wait a long time to pick up inside for them to tell me that they never got my order when clearly on the app saids it was submitted and provide them order number and still couldn’t find it, I couldn’t get my breakfast since it was over, my kids were upset, never coming back here again.

This chickfila location is incredible - for many reasons, but the biggest being the people. The owner and staff are all so kind and hard working and it's consistent each time we come. I could name several employees who are exceptional but I want to highlight a young man named Emmanuel. We went tonight and I truly don't think I've seen someone work harder. He was on top of taking care of guests and cleaning in the little time he had between. Cleaning like .. washing windows, mopping the floor, adjusting tables and so much more. He checked in on us several times. I can't say enough good things about the Bristow location and their team!
