Well I’m missing what I asked for a 3 time going to this location. It simple things but the execution of this store is not good at all.. I usually write a review after a few visits to be fair .. again I asked for something and did not get it .. this store is not a great. I use to great service or at least getting my order .. I frequently go to chick-fli-A in Texas all the time and it’s always on point or they make it right. This store has not made it right I asked for something some today and it didn’t happen.

This location is so bad. They consistently mess up my order. The service has gone down hill this past year. Line takes forever as well, seems disorganized, employees working the drive thru consistently confused/seem new to the job. Beware.

Update: PLEASE train your employees not to take wrong order. I order diet coke with my meal and you gave me COKE. I went to your location 3 times in last 2 week and you got my order wrong TWICE.Food is great atmosphere is g e at and technically service is great but they give wrong orders way too many times. I told drive through order no pickles in my son's sandwich 3 times because he is allergic then said I want GRILLED deluxe clum twice just to confirm. They at least got the no pickle right but gave me deep fried chicken sandwich. This happens way too often how hard is it to distinguish "GRILLED" from regular? Everything else is great but taking wrong order too many times deserve 1star
Classic chick fil a W, great place, yummy food and its just good. Quick service as always and friendly staff. I only say it's a tight fit with the parking and driving. Getting out of the parking lot is a bit hectic with multiple places closey around and the place having narrow

We came here after a long drive in the car to allow the kids to take a break and play. They closed the play area an hour before closing to clean. We were not expecting this and made made a special trip here just to let the kids get some energy out. It was a terrible let down for the kids, and despite talking to the employees, the kids were not able to play. Worst decision ever.
