This establishment provides a pleasurable experience for children on an occasional basis. While the cost may appear to be somewhat elevated, this is consistent with current market trends. This place was great. It was not very busy but the staff still went out of there way to give us the full Chuck E. Cheese experience. Even having the big man him self come out to greet us. 5 Stars!

I was disappointed with the service at Chuck E. Cheese. The game room worker was not doing his job at all. He was just standing around while my kids were waiting for the games to be fixed. I asked him if he could clear out a table for my family to sit and enjoy our pizza and he said he would come back in a second because he needed to put a bin he was carrying in the back. Instead, he walked away and talked to who I asume is the manager. Then we had to wait for what felt like forever for our table to get cleaned. Everything else like the pizza and the workers were great except the game room. The supervisor should really consider taking measures to ensure better service.

Love it that when a parent brings there kids. They have to take picture of them self . Very good idea love that. And very helpful . Love there salad bar nice and clean and full all the time. And would give you a clean plate if you need it for your salad. Love it thank you . My Grand kids very much enjoy it. Very clean thank you and friendly too

Not sure who is controlling the music selection, but they literally just played the song ABCDEFU by Gayle here. It was background music and the kid noise level drowned it out a bit but highly inappropriate and I'm a little shocked.
