I have been a member at this warehouse since 1999 and can attest to the fact that the customer service has declined to the point that I am canceling my membership.Today, I watched the most sad interaction between a customer and employees and even the manager failed once involved.I witnessed the door checkers rudely tell a young man he could not come in to go to the food court with out a membership. So he turned around went to his vehicle and brought his Costco card back and was still turned away very rudely by the door checkers. His mother got out of the car and came to the door to find out what was happening to her son. She gave her son directions on how to walk to the foodcourt then explained there are Kiosks to order from while she stood back to watch what the problem was. With his costco card in hand in clear view (and his mother watching this time) the door checkers again harassed this young man after he tried to show his costco card to them. This young man literally did everything right and was still treated poorly.The mother asked him to go sit in the car and she walked through the door without even being asked for a card. The mother quickly accessed the situation and understood.Her son looked to be about age 15/16 and was clearly of mixed race. Mother was Caucasian. With that she understood that her son was being racially profiled and she asked for a manager.Manager came to the door and the mother explained what happened. Manager tried to explain that there have been a lot of thefts at this location of big ticket items, mom asked what that had to do with her son trying to get a hotdog and a piece of pizza. At this point this mother turned into an attorney and none of these employees were ready for the lesson she gave on racially profiling people. This mama bear did her job like she should have.Kudos to this mom if you are reading this.THUMBS DOWN to the Manassas Costco location, the managers and employees attitudes, the overcrowded store at every hour during business, the lack of parking, the lack of inventory and pure lack of customers being put first. We are watching and seeing the decline.Avoid this location if you can, it isn't worth the membership price any longer.
Really nice Costco. Very organized and never out of stock. Only thing I don’t like though is how the associates push you into using self checkout. I like a cashier to check me out.

In general I love Costco. This one is different though. This is the least personable, customer friendly Costco I have been in it is also in a terrible location with a horrible parking lot. Otherwise it is the same quality merchandise and food.

I like getting my supplies In bulk when I can, this is a good place for that.Not exactly the best prices in my opinion but it could be because of present events, moreso, i haven't purchased here in a while. I've found better prices in Walmart for deer park water and a few other supplies in recent times.Notwithstanding, I love the product selections, you'll find quite a lot of brands and diverse products.
