Believe the reviews.. terrible service. My waiter disappeared and never stopped by after taking my order (which I had to wait for a while). Other waiters dropped off my food instead. But the wait time just to get anyone to stop by your table is ridiculous. The food is bland. I ordered Bistec Encebollado and that was dry. The rice, beans & cuajada (the homemade cheese) were the only things that were decent tasting.

Food was good but the service was terrible, my server forgot to bring me my silverware, she took my order and she never came back to check on me, Someone else brought me food. At the end I waited like 30 minutes for my bill, I had to ask one of the servers for my bill, that was when I noticed my server seating down and having dinner.Just wanted to say that I noticed other servers being very attentive to their customers, I guess I got the wrong server, maybe she was in a bad mood because she was hungry.

New found great restaurant. Had Plato Mixto with beef, shrimp, pork, chicken, rice, refried beans (black), avacado, homemade cheese & salad. Meat was thin cut of good size. Chips and salsa served as starter. Tortillas served with meal. $20.Also noticed a NY Strip steak served with two eggs, rice, refried beans, fried plantain, sour cream,and hash browns. $16. Looking forward to try next.Bakery adjacent to restaurant.Parking: UnlimitedKid-friendliness: Family atmosphere friendly.

where to begin? 1-food is not that great 2-server is terrible (curly dark hair, very pretty but her actions/attitude was horrible), acted like she was annoyed for taking care of us. She sat down a few tables away from us to eat and to be on her phone the whole time . 3-literally just took our order and never came back till we asked another person for the check. 4-our check had gratuity added for 2 adults and one child, that's ridiculous, 8-10 people is understandable but their "gratuity policy" according to the manager goes something like this "if they(servers) don't know you personally, they add gratuity no matter what.....are you serious? seems illegal af. 5-after some words with the manager and getting gratuity removed, curly hair had the nerved to come to our table and confronted us why the gratuity was being removed, well let me tell you something 20 years in the industry from wiping tables, serving, bartending gave me some insight about good -bad service, and sweety you're by far the worst. NEVER COMING BACK, also beware of the added gratuity unless of course they KNOW YOU already ... smh.

A restaurant with a very complete menu to try different flavors of Guatemalan cuisine. You will find a wide variety of snacks, all delicious, I recommend the chuchitos. It also has a well-stocked bakery and pastry shop.

Someone recommended this restaurant to me, I ordered some baliadas and I see that they make them just like me. Honduran and the baliadas are not like that. Try to improve the baliadas and you will see better

I was disappointed with this place. I went two days before to order a cake and they didn't want to take my order because supposedly they always have the cake I wanted and I asked the cashier again if she was 100% sure I was going to see it that day. the cake I wanted and it turns out that the day arrived and they didn't have it and that the bakers hadn't made it and so why do they say what they are going to have if at the time of arrival they are not going to have anything because I had gone before to order it so that They had it made for me and it was like this, it was better to go to another bakery ??????
