I haven't been to a Dinnys since I lived in California and this restaurant didn't disappoint. Billma our waitress was very attentive and warm and made our experience memorable ?. Great, customer service with a smile and good music old school style. Thank you Dinny's Cafe Manassas..

I came here on March 27th for dinner. The initial server who greeted us definitely had a nonchalant attitude. Even with that we decided to stay we sat in the front but near the back in a booth. we ordered for the kids first and by the time we got their food they ate some and my son points out a bug behind me. I turn around and it is a roach crawling above me. My spouse get the waitress and she sees it and leaves. They take so long that the roach is crawling around everywhere over the top of the booth and to the other side. They took so long I took pictures of it. By the time the manager shows up the roach has fallen on the floor. The manager tells us that they recently had the restaurant sprayed and that is why they’re coming out. Then she asked would we like to sit somewhere else. Mind you the roach was never killed. It’s falling on the floor. I told her I don’t want this food nor am I paying for it. Im just appalled at the lack of urgency for them to kill the roach or even care that one was there. I will never eat at this location again. I wonder what the kitchen looks like!! Shut them down

Their service is horrible. The manager should be fired immediately. Last night i went there, when i sat in a table of middle row they manager said it's closed only the table of the corner is open... I mean your whole restaurant is open bruh and it was not mentioned anywhere that they kept those table closed. Then after I sat in the corner table, waitress came and asked for coffee, I told her I will order the coffee later. She didn’t understand English so she prepared it and brought it to the table, again I humbly said I don’t want it now as I will have dinner first. Then the manager (lady) came told me,"you have to understand she (the waitress) doesn’t understand English", as if it was my fault. I told her again, "first I will order my dinner and after few minutes i will order coffee". That manager replied to me, "How minutes later?" I was like what the hell man... What kind of service i am paying for?? Again after finishing the dinner I ordered 1 coffee and I confirmed it with the waitress to give me 1 coffee. But the manager came to the table again and argued with me that I ordered 2 coffee. After that I felt I am done there. Never ever going to that Denny's anymore. They are kind of racist to the brown people. Just unprofessional behaviour of the manager.

I mean, what do you wanna hear? It's a breakfast hole in the wall. The food is what you'd expect, the manager is amazing but the server seemed to have her head in the clouds. It's a small, dated restaurant compared to other Dennys locations but it's slow so I guess that doesn't matter. At least they have one of those adorable food delivery robots.

02/13/24 (4:30pm) Denny's Sudley Rd. Manassas, VAWhomever is the manager needs to be fired! Contacted him about an online order that needed to be cancelled, within 3 minutes of placing it and he refused to! Saying the order was "Already made" in 3 minutes! Not happening with any restaurant. Poor Customer service is an understatement! I said I would need to contact my cc company then to have them refute it. He told me do what I needed to do and hung up.Whoever owns this Denny's needs to have their management go through training and learn about customer service. I have never dealt with such poor service in a "manager" or business.$20.33 in case the owners look into this.

Decided that I wanted some pancakes and decided to give Denny’s a try. The food was good, the pancakes were solid, the eggs & bacon were ok, I wouldn’t get the sausage links again. The server I had was not the best, she almost acted like I was at her beck and call and not that I was the customer. I asked about adding an extra pancake to my order and she ignored me at first and then came back and told me I could add another order of pancakes. When I asked about fresh syrup (because the bottle on the table was not fresh) she told me it was fresh, it was room temperature. There is a reason why people choose IHOP, service is a big part of any experience, and the service at this location is lacking.
