A hidden gem! Superb service and fresh, yummy food. Many people were getting food to go while I ate at a table.I paid $16 with the tip and taxes for a bowl of chips, fresh salsa, burrito, and pupusa. I was full when I left!

Decided to try this place out on a random Monday afternoon meeting my wife for lunch. We honestly wondered if it would live up to the reviews. Well, it actually exceeded them! I cannot say enough about how legit and authentic the food is here. The service was excellent and the food was even better. Not to mention reasonably priced. We will definitely be adding this place into our rotation of places to eat in Manassas.

The food was not fresh, nor was it hot. I had to eat with my hands because they didn't give me cutlery. First time and

We love Estancias! Such friendly staff and consistently delicious food. Our favorites are the torta cubana and yucca and chicharrón.

Kinda a little hole in the wall...and not exactly a hidden treasure since it's definitely a busy place but seems to run like a well oiled machine! Ordered prior, order ready on time, fabulous food, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly and hard working! Very happy I listened to all you amazing yelpers out there and came here!

They have amazing food here (I heard it’s el salvadoran / honduran food). Super tasty, fresh ingredients. I got a steak burrito and it was super good. They give complimentary chips and salsa too.

Hands down one of the better places to get pupusas. I've been all over the area, including Maryland and DC. Nothing compares. What a gem to have in Manassas!

Five stars! Best Salvadoran restaurant, in my opinion! ? My favorite dish is el desayuno típico. ? Absolutely perfect!! Head and shoulders above anywhere else I've tried. ??

Small restaurant, needs more parking space, food austere ,and come in dirty and smelly people who come from work... I didn't like it very much.

It's a hidden, small restaurant off of Sudley Rd. 1st time here and enjoyed the Central American food.

This is the classic made from scratch hole in the wall kind of place. I’ve been here multiple times and have always had great meals.

Estancias Restaurant looks like a hole in the wall, but the minute you enter the tantalizing scents will make your mouth water. This was my introduction to Salvadoran food. The pupusas were amazing, cooked just to the point where the bean and cheese oozed out, mmmm. The pork and cheese pupusa was tasty too. Both the steak and chicken tacos, topped with avocado, were delicious. The burrito was a delicious melding of rice, beans, vegetables, pico de gallo, Salvadoran sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Service was friendly and attentive. The server brought tortilla chips and salsa when we arrived, took our order, brought out the food efficiently, and refilled the water. You should try the pupusas whether or not you have ever had Salvadoran food.
