Prices of food have gone up so much that it’s just gouging at this point. A smash burger should be $14 with a meal and a drink. This is gonna run you closer to $25/person. Don’t know how they stay alive outside of branding. The Cajun fries still taste good. The milkshakes are poor quality.

Ok imma start off with the food. Burger was the same great taste and everything, fries were cold in the middle and very soggy. some of them completely cold.the service was just…wow. so me and my family were coming from a park with no bathrooms and were hungry. we had to go pretty badly so we went straight to the bathrooms to find the keypad. i go up to the counter:me: “excuse me, could i-“ (i was cut off)employee: pick up or placing an order?me: “I wanted to use the bathroom…”employee: “are you picking up?!”He sounded very bitter and rude, im a teenage girl, dude- like what is your deal? ?me: “no but i am placing an order”he barely let me finish and said“4002” or something like that. i was confused and asked “excuse me”and he repeated himself louder and annoyed.i proceeded to walk away angry about the way he acted. i have never had an employee be upset at five guys, i feel their employees are lively.after we went, my dad comes in to use the bathroom saying that the same guy asked him the same thing and were also rude to him as well. i went to go order and placed my order with my usual happy attitude despite that rude employee.i was a bit anxious because of his attitude due to many stories about how employees sometimes do something to the food when angry. i kept an eye on what was happening just to be sure.we left and my dad was suspecting racism given they were almost all white and giving him weird-ish looks as soon as he came in. i wasn’t sure and don’t want to come to that conclusion.i keep seeing reviews on a the female employees being very rude, must run in the joint… ?

They made a small mistake on my order. When I complained about them not bagging the fries separately due to being for a person for gluten allergy and it was touching an order with gluten they weren’t willing to help. The guy Jose confirmed I had mentioned it was for someone with gluten allergy. After I insisted, the Hispanic lady got mad and threw everything on the trash and said they’d remake everything again. Another guy told me they had the order correct, meaning the lettuce wraps and I agreed. I told him again that the only issue were the fries and they didn’t have to be rude and take the whole order from my hands and throw it in the trash. Very rude and disrespectful behavior from staff.

The food was good but I generally get a lot more fries when I order from five guys, this store gives much less and it's disappointing. Especially for the price, potatoes are so cheap if I'm gonna pay 7 bucks for fries I'd like to get a fair amount.
