The food was a lack luster. Me and my fiance ended up getting 10 wings, 2 burgers, and the chili cheese fries. The total came to around $60 for the both of us. It honestly just tastes like a charred version of a big Mac. It wouldn't make any sense to have a price so high on something lower than mcdonalds quality. The wings weren't bad but for the hot sauce it was just Frank's red hot and called it a day. You'd be better off just making something at your house for cheaper. On a side note, we ended up waiting up front without even being greeted for like 5 minutes.

This is one of the worst burgers I've ever had and it's so expensive. Ur better off making ur own burger or going somewhere else. It's called the charburger for a reason it's severely overcooked and therefore dried out. Yea there rly bad also the waiter pronounce my friends name wrong and also the waiter didnt call me by the name I had written in my sheet (Taylor swooft - yes it's my real name) and acted like it wasn't my name and I hade written it as a joke which is super rude it's my real name!

Wish I could give it a 3.5 instead of 3. Staff was friendly at this location. However, the food quality is definitely subpar from the other locations. They also made an error on one of my orders which is not a big deal. The rating comes down to the quality and taste if the food. The burger was not nearly as juicy, onion rings were decent and the Philly cheese steak was mediocre.
