I had the best service ever one of the restaurant that take care of you properly to be my first time it was amazing food came out very fast even in a busy Sunday everyone helps each other very warm welcoming we come from away but this was in our way. Now it will be one of our favorite places no matter if we drive 45 minutes to get there we will definitely coming back I recommend this 100% super clean and organized

Silverware and napkins should be standard with a to go order. It’s elementary school stuff but will go a long way. I get 3 miles down the road only to realize I can’t eat my food and it’ll now go cold. I should rate it a 1. And I shouldn’t have left a tip.

As a frequent client at ihop I was very enraged and disappointed with the service I got , it started with the crepes I ordered,when they served it to me their was a very long and visible hair tangled in between all the crepes. When I called the servant over I got a such a nasty attitude with a even more ugly tone , when I complained not even 1 minute later they came with the same crepes and the same disgusting expression I felt so bad being their because everyone even the manager gave a these nasty looks and I didn’t understand because I love ihop I go their at least twice a week they know me .THEN THE MANAGER HAS THE CONFIDENCE TO PUT HER HAND IM MY FOOD TO TAKE AND HIDE THE HAIR OVER THE WHOLE TABLE REACHING FOR MY PLATE WITH ALL THIS FORCE and she was furious about how we took a photo of the hair . After all that horrible service they gave me a slap in the face when i saw they only discounted a coffee like if I couldn’t pay for it or didn’t have money .I felt so insulted and offended and overall so sad . All I wanted was to fix my issue they couldn’t even do that like they didn’t even know how to confront it I didn’t want a discount I is wanted my crepes redone with out any hair in it and enjoy my breakfast without all these servants and the manager staring me down like with so much disrespect . With all due Respect

Worst customer service ever. I had did curbside to go I called to say that I am here because pick up was at 12:58 and the women who answered the phone said your order not ready then hung up.Parking: Curbside ordering is apparently for everyone to use
This is the worst IHOP I've ever been to. Bridges, our waitress was so rude and demanding. We felt like we were being rushed and we were the only people in the restaurant! She only became nice after leaving the check. Food was fine but tasted a bit old. I suggest going someplace else.

The girl serving me was the sweetest person one can meet. Wish I can remember her name, she's from Sudan I remember. Food was great but hot cakes overdone on one side so it was hard to cut ? ? other than that I'll be back. BTW I also have to give em a break it was very busy ? we are all human after all.

When we came in, it was somewhat busy, however, we were seated in less than two minutes and it took about five minutes for a server to greet and take our order. The food took about 12-15 minutes to be served and came out altogether. The food was excellent. Everything was cooked properly and was delicious. the server checked on us every 5 to 10 minutes to see if we needed any refills or assistance. He was very kind and accommodating. When we ordered food to go the server place our order and 5 minutes later came back and informed us that a big party ordered before us so there would be a slight delay in the kitchen and he kept us updated as we waited. we spent about an hour and a half from the time we came in being seated, served, eating and getting our check. Server definitely deserves recognition for his courteous and accommodating demeanor and professionalism. Overall for this to be my first visit here it definitely positively stood out over other locations that I have visited. Will definitely visit again the next time I’m in the area.

Never have I ever walked away from an iHop thinking I am impressed, Until today! Ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Melt Sandwich with a side of extra crispy hash browns and pickles. Split the meal with my GF. The sandwich was big enough to fill us both. Despite being extremely busy the food came out promptly. The staff was very friendly and professional and turning tables like no tomorrow.Dietary restrictions: Conscientious and courteous regarding tomato allergy.
