This place is great! The food is always making me come back for more. Everything is made without skimping and tastes so good. It's a gem in term of food, quality of service, speed of preparation, and quantity! My family comes here often for cheese steaks and pizza. Totally worth it!

Jerry's is just as tasty now as it was over ten years ago. Cheesesteaks are always cooked perfectly and I could seriously eat a bucket of those onion straws.. they are always ALWAYS crispy and delicious! And the people working there are very nice :)

Called Jersey Mike's Sub shop. Could not make a Hot Ham and Provolone. So called Jerry's Sub asked for a Hot ham and Provolone. He said no problem. I don't understand why Jersey Mike's could not make a Hot ham and Provolone sub when they have a cold ham and Provolone. Why can't they make a hot one when they have the item to make a cold. You lost a sale. I love Jerry's Sub and we eat in. Shawn was great. The suds where great. Be back soon.?

COVID-19 has put a dark cloud over alot of plans but I was surprised & brought to this place? The service was amazing & food even better, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ?

The food here was disappointing. It’s taste like microwaveable pizza. It was rubbery and warm. I would recommend this place, just GROSS!!

My food was delivered to my home 20 minutes later, when previously told it would only take 45 minutes. Perhaps, this contributed to our food being not warm. The pizza was edible, but tasteless. Lastly, the wings weren't bad.
For my first time there I had an enjoyable time. Went there with my mom for a food break during some last minute Christmas shopping. The staff were very helpful and polite as my mom thought about what she wanted. We got a large pepperoni pizza, she got wings and drinks. The service got our food ready pretty quick. My mom enjoyed her wings, saying they were the best she's had in a long time. The pizza was also good and I had a few slices before taking the rest home. The food, service, and atmosphere were all great. If you go down to Kohl's or anywhere else in that shopping center and want something to eat give Jerry's a chance. We did and we didn't regret it.
