This review is specifically for an incident that happened tonight 1/26/24 at this particular location, won't go too much into details but the manager tonight is simply rude, no customer service or maners at all! Ordered two meals and got a burned chicken sandwich and rancid ketchup, I brought the food and ketchup back and she bascially said it wasnt her problem? And i should have not applied any ketchup to my fries or sandwich if it was rancid? Like seriously?? She acts and treats you like if she's doing you a favor or giving you free food, but she should get herself back to training or just look for another job if this isn't what she wants to do. I did also ask for her name to one of her employees but they acted like they didn't know it which over all just reminded me as to why I no longer come to this McDonald's, this forsure will be my last!

WOW... We went to the drive thru, the young man was not clear on the speaker and finally said "What do you want" we ordered there was no mention of thank you!!! We got to the window to pick up and was asked what we ordered!!! What happened to customer service? We won't go there again.

Once again, Chantilly McDonald's has failed. Now they want to charge you $.25 for extra sauce. REALLY, one sauce for a 20 piece, have you people lost your minds. Maybe if i had a basting brush, it could possibly stretch it. I just love this McDonald's because it's always a new adventure to explore customer dissatisfaction. TWICE, they failed to include the syrup on my order, one a drive thru and the other a delivery. Can't eat pancakes without syrup. :(

This location received an upgrade - the electronic kiosks and bistro vibe. Service can be on the slower side. And the parking lot is a slightly paved pothole farm.

Usually clean inside, plenty of machines to place orders with 1 employee at the front to take orders. Usually food is fresh but fries can be a hit or miss. Drive through moves pretty quick and Usually accurate. Employees at the windows are usually nice as well.

Horrible service 1st window employee facing back to window on phone, fries not cooked all the way sweet tea expired gave me more fries tasted old had an attitude, replaced sweet tea with hi c it tasted like water!!!

Honestly I live McDonald’s but I have to say I believe they are getting a little greedy with the whole getting rid of the soda machine in the dining I honestly don’t want to here the excuse that people are steeling soda because that where there are cameras and staff and I’m seeing these around the east western area a lot why I’m not sure but I feel that big for McDonald’s there soda is very cheap and they came out with the whole free refill model just go back in it 30 years later soda has gone way up at McDonald’s by a whole dollar + the five cent tax so no we’re being charged two dollars like a bottle of soda at the gas station so now it like we paying two solar and 5 cent for a soda but for a 30-40 cent more we get a ice less bottle at the 7 eleven
