Drive thru order is always messed up. They need to put somebody who speaks And understands English at the drive thru. (How come they always assume you are Hispanic and takes orders in Spanish). Had to wait for manager to fix wrong charge each time.

McDonald's is horrible. I have actually decided not to go there any longer. When I order, they only hear me say "hamburger". They don't listen to my order when I say "plain hamburger". I only went there today because I did someone a favor and she bought me lunch. For about a year now, I have been going to Burger King and not once did they give me an incorrect order.

Sandwiches were fine asked for fresh fries got a large fry they weren’t fresh came back and all they did was put some fresh fries on top of the old ones that were already there don’t waste your money here

This one provided fast service. It's at the Manassas Mall and there were a lot of people ordering food and drinks. We ordered over the McDonald's app and within a couple minutes our food was ready. Friendly service.

Employees don't pay attention about customers order, many times they gave me wrong food, or they put less than I paid more. Also employees at this McDonald's are rude and management or owner needs to do something about it. If employees they don't want to do their job right management or owner of the company needs to fire them. I won't buy anything from this McDonald's anymore.

Can't believe all the negative reviews. This is by far my favorite McDonald's. I come every morning for coffee and breakfast, as well as often several times a day. Friendly staff, good service, and just a nice place to be.

Employees are very rude. I asked for a wet paper towel and he was very rude saying that it wasn't possible. And also he said that we were wasting his time.
If I could give it no stars I would. Worse McDonalds I've been to. Ordered a Big Mac with bacon and there was no bacon. Went back to the register and had to yell to get someone's attention to a girl who was no more than 3 ft from me. Opened up the Big Mac and showed her there was no bacon on it and also showed her the paper that said I added bacon to it. She took the Big Mac back and instead of making a new sandwich brought me back the same one with 2 small pieces of bacon. They also said they'd bring me my food to the table we were sitting at. Instead of bringing my food they called my number. What's the point in saying something and not doing it.

Y'all want to charge extra for the cheese on my "Sausage Egg and Cheese" Biscuit, but not include the sausage? Service here is very inconsistent. Sometimes we have good visits, but after today we won't be back to this specific location.
