I’ve been ordering lunch and dinner M-F from Meals by Chef Swole for 9 months and have been consistently satisfied. I agree with other reviewers that this company is a game changer. I save so much time and eat so well! I haven’t yet had the same thing twice. It’s easy to skip weeks when traveling, and the Sunday am delivery time is very convenient. There has only been one time when the meals arrived outside the delivery window. The staff are accommodating and friendly via email and when delivering. I’ve been able to adjust my calorie preferences a couple of times with ease. I freeze meals I don’t get to during the week so have extra after traveling. I am not kidding that I tell everyone about this company!

Had nothing but excellent service from MBCS. Ordered the March 26th menu and all of the meals were awesome! Pick up was a breeze and very convenient. Would recommend this meal prep service if you are local to the Northern VA area. It is great that there is a variety every week.

This was my first time doing a meal prep service and thought it was great. Saves so much time shopping, cleaning and coming. All the meals were solid with really good flavor and they kept well. My ranking would probably be 1. Peruvian Spiced Salmon 2. Red lentils and chicken 3. Beef & Potatoes 4. Mexican Street Corn Mac. I liked that they include the macros on the label for you to see easily. It's healthy, simple, but delicious! And the delivery service was great, I live in an apartment building and they brought it all the way to my floor and left outside my door. Would highly recommend.
The best decision we could've ever made. I care for my elderly mom who is pretty much independent. They're are days though she doesn't feel like doing much. Found the meals delish!

Great food! Healthy, organic, macro conscious, convenient, tastes good even after being frozen. Chef Swole is the perfect option when you don't want to eat the same meal prep every day and you like variety. They're also responsive to customers and take any feedback very seriously. Order in bulk and you can get the cost per meal + delivery at a very competitive rate.

Meals by Chef Swole is an excellent and local meal service that offers a great variety of delicious, meal prepped foods. A macro service is also offered. Meals can then be tailored to your macros and can even be changed upon request! It is a great and local business that can compete with the online businesses very well. My only wish is that they offered a weekly option to satisfy my sweet tooth as well, otherwise I heavily enjoy the meals selections.
