The app was broken. Said it didn't work - tried to place a second time, still said it didn't work. Checked my bank and I was charged for two orders. When I went to get the order I came home and the fajita kit for $80 only had meat and rice. Missing was queso, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, tomato. I tried calling the store for 90 minutes and the phone was not working and messages could not be left. When I finally reached someone I was told it was my fault that the app did not tell them I wanted the full kit. I asked for a refund and was told it doesn't work that way. I asked for a manger and was told I had the manager. He then started to tell me another number to call and then the call went blank.AVOID THIS STORE!

We order from moes almost every week and they always have our order ready when we get there, and we have hardly ever encountered any mistakes to our order. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help us whenever we have issues with the app.

Don't ever DoorDash from here. They don't care what you ordered. Whatever they want to throw in the bag goes in. Got 2 kids burritos for $8 each. They were smaller than my hand and totally not worth the money. Also got a brownie and milk with each kid meal. Definitely got an apple juice and cookie for both instead.

Their burritos are always on point, and their food tastes way better than Chipotle and Qdoba for a reasonable price. Their prices have gone up compared to where they were a few years ago, but the same can be said about those other fast food restaurants.

Too salty. Too salty. I went back today only to remember why I stopped going to Moe's in the first place. Their queso and chips are insanely salty. The salt overtakes any flavor in the queso. The chips are almost inedible from so much salt. I feel like years ago their queso at least was much better. I mean, by no means healthy, but edible and enjoyable. Moe's: please review your queso recipe!

Just went to Moe's this evening. Just ordered a veggie quesadilla. They had no mushrooms, the onions were RAW and the chips were simply fried with NO SALT. I want my 12 bucks back. And that's with no drink.

So, I remember writing a review on this location recently that apparently isn't posted anymore...Basically, we continue coming back for the food. But, it has become much less inviting over the last year or so.The ladies we typically see behind the counter are snobby and irritable as we walk down the line, and generally just not interested in the "welcoming" aspect of "Welcome to Moes." We get disgusted looks when we say we don't want this or that, or say we only want something simple like a bean and cheese burrito. Personally, I dislike having to go here but my family continues to enjoy the food so we come back.
