Went in to the libera store at 9:20 p.m on a Sunday I order a few things and a Grilled Chicken Caesar salad which cost me $11.25. when I got the salad it had no chicken and no cheese, just the lettuce and croutons. The girl at the register was rude and was very pushy and I felt as though I was being rushed through my order. Will never order from this location ever again

I was a brand new customer at Noodles, and I must say that the quality of the Mac and Cheese was so bad, so cold and outright disgusting! Noodles and Company should stop advertising the Mac and Cheese and invest in a better product ! You really should be ashamed of yourselves to charge for the poor quality of Mac and Cheese that I received today!

$45 for 3 bowls of noodles and a couple drinks, two of the bowls of noodles were BBQ chicken mac and cheese...the shredded cheese on top of the mac and cheese was completely raw and the actual mac and cheese itself was comparable to Kraft mac and cheese out of a box. I and my friends were absolutely horrified to see the mountain of raw shredded cheese on top...this was my second and last bad experience at Noodles and Co.

Always great food. Never had a mistake on my order, which considering that I always have several changes/substitutions, that is really saying something. I only ever order online for pickup or delivery, but it is always quick. The new BBQ chicken salad is fantastic.

This was my first time here....and DAMN !! .....It was SOOOO good !! ? The food was fresh....it tasted delicious....and the customer service was IMPECCABLE !! ? If I had any gripes with it....it's that it's a bit pricey.....but ONLY if you start adding extra items to your noodles ? I can't really be mad though...... they delivered on taste...so I guess you DO get what you pay for...... so I was happy ?

First off, the gentleman who took our order was super nice. He was helpful and didn't rush us. We read him a 7 item list of things for our order and he kept up with me reading it off, without hesitation. The food was ready in literally 5-6min. Hot, in the bag, and ready to go. Got home, everything correct and still hit. Food was delicious and everyone loved what they got. I had the Japanese Pan noodles with steak. Yummy. Definitely going back.
