It's a shame and a shame, I went to buy some wings at a price of $24.99 and the size of the wings are a shame, it's not worth paying that price for something as lousy as the size of the "wings" ?

I'm so used to being about to order a pizza online and it be ready by the time I get there. We'll it never crossed my mind that it would take longer than the quoted time. They gave time at around 48 minutes. Though I that that was a long time so I dawdle and got the 5 minutes after quoted time. The female at the register said another 20 minutes. Well I wasn't happy about waiting even longer but they were swamped. I didn't think a lot of people would get pizza on New Years Day. I was wrong! No matter how upset people were the employees were polite and professional. I also need to note they were short staffed and still doing deliveries. I applaud them for a job well done!!

2 of the 4 pizzas were still warm after the two hours it took to get them to us. The delivery person was sweet and apologized profusely, making me give 2 stars instead of the one that the management is trying to earn. The previous time we ordered from this Papa John's, it took 1.5 hours, so it was not a one-off event. If you like bone-in wings, they have some of the best at this Papa John's, but take your pizza needs to the restaurant in the next shopping center over. Its a smaller local place and is always fresh and hot, and the restaurant is homey, although I don't think they deliver.

The GM Thad is the RUDEST employee I have ever come across. He seem to have an issue with me being a white woman. Because I watched as he gave free pizzas and sodas to his black friends that came in. He said To go outside around corner he’ll bring it. The owner needs to clean up his house.

Had one of the WORST customer experiences in recent memory here. Store called 30 minutes after ordering to say they couldn't fulfil my order. Was told Manager was "too busy to talk to me", I told them I'd hold. When the manager got on the line, he told me I was lying when I passed on what his associate just said, and proceeded to hang up on me. That's beyond the pale bad. All I was looking for was a sorry.

Don’t waste your time, give your money to a pizza place that care about the food they give you and their clients. The manager is outrageously rude, other reviews will say the same.I don’t know when you box this pizza that you think it is acceptable for a customer. Try giving that to a child that wants cheese pizza….it’s just bread! Today 6/24/2023 this is the pizza I received. I called the Papa Johns back to politely let them know. The lady that answered the phone was kind.The manager, I honestly don’t know how he is one or what he thinks customer service is. At first it was like he didn’t believe me. He never apologized or seems to care. He simply said “I can give you a credit or a remake.” I said just remake it so I can get pizza to my kid and he said “well that will take 40 minutes”A simple sorry and trying your best to make things right can go really far. Having staff make sure the pizza looks properly before leaving to be delivered can help. Hopefully you treat your staff nicer than your clients…

After ordering pizzas, desserts, and drinks almost every Wednesday afternoon for my after school club, this store still can't get it right. Ordered on website to have it delivered at 3:15 as usual, and they delivered it at 11:45 A.M. (which is NOT allowed during school hours). When I called to check on this, they told me I would have to cancel this order and order again---why would I do that---why am I going to pay TWICE???? Also, after ordering from this place MULTIPLE times, why can't people understand that Osbourn Park High School IS NOT Osbourn High School!!!!!!
