I placed an online order for 6 hot lemon pepper wings and a papadia with steak and mushrooms. When I arrived, my order was ready and the gentleman working handed me my order with pride like they had just crafted a masterpiece for my lunch. My wings had too much sauce and I prefer my wings with dry rub but it seems papa johns flavors with sauce. The wings themselves were decent size and not pigeon wings like some pizza spots. My papadia was impressively hot and maintained its heat as I ate it like it had its own circulatory system. Overall, my experience was splendid. Thank you
I came to buy a pizza at 10:25pm because on their website they say they close at 11, I arrived and the open sign was on but the door was closed, the cashier simply ignored me and didn't want to serve me, assuring me that the store is closed

The food is great the on line ordering stinks. They deliver to you area if you call the store but the foreign call center will never send delivery even if you across the road. So frustraiting.

I order from here every other weekend and my food is always delicious. And they really know the meaning of “extra cheese” which makes me very happy!! The delivery drivers are always lovely to chat with and so polite ❤️

My husband really liked the chicken and pineapple pizza, but I was very disappointed with the pepperoni & mushroom pizza. It was covered with cheese to where it didn't show. In other words, they didn't put very much pepperoni & mushrooms on it and hid that from the buyer.
The delivery person NEVER knocked on the door or sent notification that the food was here. Furthermore, they left it sitting on the GROUND!!!! No plastic bag or anything covering it up. Ants got into our pizza!! !@#$ing ROTTEN SERVICE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR DELIVERY!!!

I was excited about ordering papa John’s because where I live we don’t have a Papa John’s and when I got my order I got a completely different order! I understand that mistakes happen but come on a completely different order from what I ordered!?

I would love to give zero stars, however it won't let me. The store is 1.1 miles away from apartment and it took almost 1.5 hours to get my pizza. When calling the store and talking to the manager, she said it was my job to deny the delivery and have the pizza returned to the store. I asked for a refund as well. When quoted 39-44 minutes for delivery it should not have arrived as late as it did. I will not be ordering from this place ever again.

Haven't had a Papa Johns pizza since the original Papa John was asked to leave the company. So I thought I would order a pizza and chill on this chilly Friday night. Ordered a large mushroom w/ extra cheese and an order of cheese bread sticks. I mean this when I say this, it was the stupidest thing I could of ever spent $40 on. This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life!! It tasted like it was raw, definitely no flavor. The pizza was drowning in sauce and it was under cooked. Tony's Pizzeria, forgive me for wanted to try something different but I swear to you I will never order Papa Johns again. I mean, who would ever think you could eat pizza that had no taste?Signed,Very disappointed

How are you gonna make someone pay that much, wait OVER an hour for their pizza(which was said to take 30-40 minutes, but just the tracking section where it said "preparing" took more than that), then deliver it so cold I have to warm it up in the oven? Maybe y'all are busy right now, I'm not sure. Regardless, that was kinda ridiculous. Not so much as a notification that it would be late or an update to the estimated time, then(as I said) it shows up FREEZING COLD. I'm sorry. I'm just hangry, and waiting for my pizza to warm up.
