If you order a personal pan pizza after 4pm you'll get ripped off!Regular price for these small pizzas is $5 before 4pm, however I ordered 2 pepperoni personal pan pizzas after 4pm and was charged over $16! That's when I asked the girl behind the counter why was the price so high and she said there are lunch specials everyday before 4pm, after 4pm the pp pizzas are $8 apiece! I could've drove 5 mins up the road and got 2 juicy cheesesteaks for that price! Next time I'll try and make it before 4pm or I'm just not going!

Got an email announcing a new deep dish pizza at pizza hut. Dine in only. I love a good deep dish, and haven't been satisfied with any outside of Chicago. So I was psyched to try the huts.Let me first say this was an excellent pizza, perfect deep dish, it was as good as I have had anywhere. I will be back.That said, as I mentioned, it's dine in only. I see why, it has to be in the pan or it falls apart, as any real deep dish would.But you can't preorder dine in on the app, nor online. Pizza huts online apps really stink. Ok, so I drove in. The kid behind the counter didn't know the two styles available ( pepperoni or meaty). So I said pepperoni and sausage . Then I sat down and saw the table tent pictured, saying the types. I went straight back up and showed him the ad, and said, I want meaty. "But I already put it in". I told him to change it. He whined again, I already put it in.He didn't know the menu, then he couldn't be bothered to fix it. I might add, we were the only customers in the place!Later, after about 10 minutes, the cook/manager came out to tell us the deep dish takes 20 minutes (I expected it would, it's deep dish) I mentioned I wanted meaty, and he said he would make it, and did.When it came out, all hot and pretty, it was fantastic.Bottom line, call ahead, the app won't work, the website won't work, and you want them to start it for you so you don't wait half an hour. And don't count on any table service nor anyone who knows the menu. But if you get past the hurdles, that is one great pie.

Good, but not great ... If you really want outstanding pizza and Italian food, then go to Tony's Pizza in Manassas. (Centreville Road) Their food is fabulous ?..

We went there for the pizza buffet but I guess they don't do the pizza buffet during the evenings. We weren't greeted when we walked in because the cashier had a customer. After waiting for about 15 minutes, no one came to the front to seat us. Very disappointing so we went some where else to eat.

Went to pick up an order from this pizza hut location via the drive through and when the female manager gave me my order, i noticed that they dont individually cut their breadsticks anymore. Its always a "breadloaf" instead of "Breadsticks". I had asked if she could have it sliced up into sticks and she gave me a look as if i just spit in her mouth and said "We dont do that" even though i have gotten it cut up into sticks before at this location.Sometimes breadsticks are sticks... not at this pizza hut location. You only bread loafs since they cannot be bothered to do it by default. Honestly surprised they cut slices for the pizza here since their breadsticks are loaves. Also, they are starting to be real stingy on their breadstick seasoning. Refer to picture. Will not go to this location again. Pathetic and sad.

Pizza was delivered to an outdoormarket and was not, fresh and delicious.
Pizza Hut pizza just hits different than other pizza joints. Haven't had a bad experience with this location. Plus, this location has a drive through to pick up orders which makes it easy to pick up in pajamas and not have to wait for delivery.

The big New Yorker Pizza was the absolute worst pizza I have had in my life. It tastes like they took every seasoning they had in the entire Pizza Hut and dumped it on top of the pizza. My brother will eat anything so he took half of the pizza home to try it and he said that was the worst pizza he had ever tasted too so it was not just me. I am not ordering from pizza for a very long time now.

I really regret why I even ordered my Pizza here . I ask for light sauce , put a lot of sauce . The woman who made the pizza did not even have gloves on. She goes somewhere , touch boxes to put the rest of the cheese in the prep area and prep the pizza , never seen wash her hands . I just payed for it and did not even care to eat it.
