The worst experience is some irresponsible spoiled people who deliver the orders late and incorrectly, I called to say that they sent the order wrong and I got angry and said that if I call it is because they made a mistake and I am paying for what I want not for what They think they will like it.

I placed a delivery order for a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, which was confirmed by your staff. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to call and check on the status of my order. To my surprise, I was informed that no order had been placed and the driver went home. Understandably, this left me frustrated as a customer. Either someone did not know how to enter the order into the POS, or, it was entered into the system, made, and the driver took it home since it was a cash order. This place employs people that are unprofessional and sneaky. What was done was essentially stealing from the company. I'm sure upper management doesn't care because they're stealing from the company as well. Poorly ran establishment that has zero customer service skills.

this place is horrible they answer the phone with the biggest attitude and they act like your bothering them how lazy can you be that it's such a nuisance answering a phone. i bet tgey are nasty dirty people that are to busy sitting around trying to do nothing and don't clean up at all

Constantly delivers undercooked pizza and missing items. Their District Manager Michelle Campbell is a joke as well. She emailed me and promised a refund and I have sent follow up emails that have gone unanswered.
This the best Pizza Hut around. Tastes like the 1980s ?????

I don't go to this Hut all that frequently - well, maybe twice a month - though there is usually not a problem when I do.I generally order using the Web page that way I can specifically type what I want to order and how I want it.I generally just do pizza or pasta and even when I make a special request they make the food correctly and are nice.Not sure I can say they ever messed up an order I've made.I recommend this Hut.Vegetarian options: My main experience is with pizza toppings - I believe they offer onions, tomatoes, black olives, and green peppers.Parking: Parking in front of the location can get a little crowded at peak times during 10AM to 5PM hours though there is generally parking spaces not too far away.
