I’ve lived in Manassas for many years and always came with my family to dine in. It’s always meen great. But today took the cake. The customer service was the worst ever. Our server was in the worst attitude would not even smile. Waited 10 mins till the server came. And when done he came and thru the bill on our table and said here’s your check with an attitude. Another lady with her family also left because the server came 15 min to to take there order. Very disappointed.

I ordered the pickup, and I got the wrong pizza and they forgot to pack my drinks. Pizza was supposed to be stuff crust and it wasn't. And the pizza crust was terrible. I ate one slice and I had to throw the rest away.

Worst service ever! We ordered 50 dollars worth of pizza to be delivered 5 minutes from their location, my soda was missing, what was supposed to be a sausage pizza turned out to be a cheese pizza, I called and asked to speak to a manager and this kid came to the phone and said "we are really busy and I don't know if we will have time to give you another pizza or your soda, what do u want me to do. I will give you a refund" and then said im really busy sorry and hung up. Yea that was enough for me to never order pizza hut ever again not from this place at least. Very poor service, manager needs proper training and cannot have issues with not being able to provide solutions to his customers. I only gave it a 1 star because Google doesn't let you give negative stars. I would never recommend this place ever. Poor service. Horrible experience.

Terrific service and fast turn around in putting out new pizza. While I do wish they'd got more peperoni pizza out quicker, that had more to do with how busy things were than anything. There aren't that many pizza buffet open anymore. Thanks for being so good!
I ordered 3 pizzas for my family tonight and as I was eating I noticed something touch my cheek after I bit into the pizza, I took it out my mouth and noticed these white fibers all throughout my crust and pizza. Me and my family are literally disgusted as we digested several pieces of pizza. Once we checked our other box of untouched pizza, we discovered the fibers on that pizza as well. We called the Pizza Hut back and the person who took the call was very rude, non apologetic and didn’t explain what the fibers were that we ingested. If you want a carpet filled pizza, you’re in for a treat at this location.
They should give the Manger a raise she is very good at her job and cares about the people that come in to dinner there.

At 2:30 pm They start cleaning the carpet with the vacuum, I ask politely to please stop is very inappropriate. The bartender say that he must to clean. Last time in this restaurant.
