if I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Their service is absolutely unacceptable. I asked for two chicken breasts and they gave me wings. I have type 2 diabetes I can’t eat anything else. When I asked them to change the pieces they refused. The lady who was taking my order her name was Yulissa. I will no longer be visiting this location. This isn’t the first time she’s done this to me.

I visited this place to celebrate my 41st birthday. However, they did not have empanadas, fried yuca or plantains. I understand that sometimes a location will not be able to provide some items. But the lack of so many items was really disappointing.

One star for bad service I placed my order online at 7:27 and my order was ready at 9pm I told the manager that I wanted to cancel my order and a little annoyed he told me that I couldn't do it, my 2 year old daughter was desperate for time waiting, all the customers who arrived after me left and my order still did not come out. It's not the first time it's happened to me. I recommend that if you are going to place an order online you do it a day before so that it is on time the next day ?

I don't understand why in this free-range chicken in Manassas they only have legs and hips all the time. They should improve on that. It's like they sell the leftover chickens in El Salvador. They sell legs, breasts, wings and hips, whatever the customer wants, they should send them. a supervisor to this place and go undercover to see how they work in that place ??

I had a bad experience today. I was running errands and was caught late on the road. Placed my order on the app and left a note that requested to have breast meat on the mix. Got to the restaurant and was met with a long line. Three registers but only one was functional. It took me 15 minutes to get to the register. When I asked about the breast meat they first told me they could no longer change the order once it was made. When I mentioned my note they then said they were out of breat meat.On the side note, the placed smelled like used cooking oil. Very foul smell.Recommendation for developers: add a note that tells customers the place is out of certain items.
