Today I ordered the 2 can dine for $10.99 (tenders) and the 5 piece whole wings meal. They told me that the biscuits will take 3 minutes and to pull up because they were going to bring it out. The order was correct, but the biscuits that I had to wait for were cold and they did not put sporks in the bag for our mashed potatoes. It's frustrating to see prices go up while service goes down.

I did a drive thru visit at Popeye's, and the service was quick, but attentive once I got through the ordering process. ? I got the Shrimp Tackle box. I do like the way it tastes normally, but the shrimp seemed a bit overcooked today and the fries were cold. One thing I have noticed lately is that the biscuit that they are giving out has absolutely no butter on the top! Popeyes used to have the best buttered biscuits. Now they are like little dry, hard, missiles!! Popeyes, PLEASE Go back to putting butter on your biscuits!

Worst experience I paid for a medium drink and was given a small I had informed them about it but Vilda said no thats the medium cup I have been coming here for 5 years and i know the difference between the medium and small cup. What a rip off ? Do not come here if don’t want your money stolen.
I ordered delivery from this place but it never arrived. I had ordered for my wife and I to enjoy, Our order changed 3 delivery drivers, and then was canceled. We were never notified or told as to why and support was no help. Would never order from this Popeyes again.
