First time ordering. Ordered online, went to pick the food up, but their printer was down. They didn't have a record of my order. Glad I took a screenshot so I could show her. The manager apologized and started getting my order together right away. Everything was packed nice and neat, and she apologized again and gave me a free tortilla chips and white queso. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! There was a long line guess I can see why. I ordered the crispy tacos and the birria quesadilla. Gotta go back and try more things!

Please hire English speaking staff. My order came out to $45 partially the reason be cause nobody understood Enlgish and speak Spanish only, when I wanted meal so they just charged for big chip and sauce. I'm just going across the street to Chipotle from now on.

I have been to this Qdoba about 8 times over the past 8 years. If you ask me all of their meats, rice, toppings, and queso are much better than Chipotle, which is basically across the street from Qdoba. Now, if you go to Chipotle, they are busy all of the time. Every time I have been to Qdoba, it's empty??? My experienced guess.... TOTAL RUDENESS! EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been there it's been hard to keep myself from letting them know how rude they are and how it sends to be hurting their business. When approaching the counter, I get a blank stare or the look of why are you here. Not hello, not what can I get for you but more of a look like why are you here. There's a huge communication gap with a language barrier also. I ask for a bowl with white rice and she starts to scoop the brown rice. I asked for Shredded beef and she starts to scoop ground beef. And please don't ask the different kinds of unmarked salsa!! . Now she's really bothered! When asking for cheese and sour cream, it is like I've now asked for too much. Really, it's a bowl with a couple of toppings! Their food is great, but management really needs to work on welcoming customers. That's just the bottom line of why their business is not able to keep up with Chipotle and they aren't getting enough business. 5 stars for the food, and ZERO stars for service, and the unwelcoming attitudes! This is a repeat of at least 8 times or more, and I finally had to let it be said!

Don't bother going after 6 pm. Apparently they can't possibly refill anything they run out of after 5. No fajita veggies? Sorry, no more for the night. No shrimp? Guess you're out of luck. Doesn't matter that they're open til 9, you get whatever's left over. This has happened to us the last four times we went.

I can't believe it happens again . After a previous purchase here . I thought the problem was already result with the owner but looks like they don't care about customers services . They charged me 2 dollars plus tax for a rice on my nachos . . The funny thing is a buy a bowl for my son and he only got beans ,rice and cheese but they charged me the full amount for his meal wich is fine to me . But paid over 2.00 dollars for a lil rice . Its crazy and out of control .
