At Raices Peruvian restaurant I visited was a delightful culinary experience. Their cilantro lime chicken was a standout dish, perfectly balancing the tanginess of lime with the freshness of cilantro. The chicken was tender and juicy, infused with aromatic flavors that danced on my palate with each bite. The dish was served with a side of fluffy rice and yucca enhancing its vibrant flavors even more. It was a memorable dining experience that left me craving more.My personal recommendations. Stop flat topping the chicken. Every dish should use the rotisserie chicken. You have this huge rotisserie, put that tender moist chicken in every dish. Also get some native prints of Peru and hand on the walls in the table area. Lastly, you have a fake wall full of vines. Well those of us in the reviewer biz. Well it’s nothing but a dust collector and it’s right by your serving area. Ever time the air moves, so does dust in there.Overall a great place to eat, would just like to see a few changes. Including an Ice Maker that actually makes ice.

came to this spot because I was craving lomo saltado, food is definitely not bad at all but the price I paid for the lomo saltado was definitely way too high for a small portion in this case I won’t be coming back here

This place has good food BUT service not there. We placed and order with wait for 30 minutes and we come back after 1 hr and still our order wasn’t ready. It happened couple times like that that orders gets done forever.

We order here regularly because it's across the street from work and generally it's pretty good.Today I tried the grilled salmon for the first time and omg... it was so freaking good. It was a good size peice and it was just YUM. 10 out of 10 for that dish for sure. Not to take away from the rest of the food but that grilled salmon was fire!!!

Quality has declined. The food is not as good and workers don't even wear gloves (the ones who cut the chicken I mean). The food is no longer the same, the hygiene much less so. They don't use gloves and the food is all greasy and poor quality.

It seems to me that they have altered the prices by 80% and it is ridiculous a month ago I paid 14.90 for a loin now they charged me 24.20I will never shop at this place again.

So I came here expecting to order and have them make my order on the spot. They took my order at the register and didn't make my order for over 10 minutes & they are pretty slammed. Don't order if your in a hurry expecting normal Peruvian chicken service.
This is our go to Peruvian chicken. The flavor is just right, service is fast and great. I recommend this place!
