This Red Robin gets 3 stars due to atmosphere being boring, service was fast but everyone seemed to not want to be at work. The food at this specific Red Robin was underwhelming as was also the drinks. This Red Robin in Manassas was great a few years back but has now slipped into a "I never want to return" status. And judging by the lack of customers seen, I'm guessing that I am not the only one. This was the first time I only tipped the bare minimum of 15%.Please Fix It before it's too late!

My friends and I love coming here. They have great food and lots of options to choose from. The staff is always very friendly however I would say if there is something they could improve on, it just might be hiring more servers as it often takes a long time for them to come back to the table. I came here to celebrate my birthday it took the waitress forever to finally come around and take the order and then when it was time to pay I didn't know that they didn't have a cashier there was this little thing on the table like a computer well I didn't know how to use it she tried to insult me because I wasn't familiar with the apparatus

I bring my partner to this place he never been before, i already tried burgers and they are really tasty.but this time was awful. They greet us at the entrance an give us a table and give us the menus but after more than 20 minutes nobody come to our table offering at least some water, another table that enter a few minutes before us was already receiving their meal the two waitress one man and the other one a young girl last night didn’t want to make eye contact i don’t know if the were busy, tired, or don’t care hopefully they were not racist that will be really sad.I was trying to be patience maybe they have other tables who knows i been in food industry as well so i get it. but i didn’t say anything and decide to leave never coming back again of course. the manager approached us on the way out but common he need to pay more attention

I was trying to figure out where to go to get a late lunch. Red Robin popped into my head and I thought it sounded great, as I hadn't been there in quite some time. I was seated immediately and the server was quick to come to my table. I decided on getting the Fish and Chips. They use cod as their fish of choice, and it worked well. Not too fishy, and a great batter! The restaurant was clean and tidy. I enjoyed some of their fries with some ranch and seasoning mixed in. The server I had was polite, happy, and enjoyable to be around. I had an enjoyable time, and always felt attended to and never rushed. Thank you, Red Robin staff!
Update: I was given a full refund and contacted by the manager to address the situation. I've always been very satisfied with in-person dining at this location, and am happy that the customer service is extended to delivery experience.Unfortunately, I've had a bad experience tonight with a delivery. In person, I've had excellent food & service. However, my order tonight sent regular fries instead of the garlic fries I ordered (and paid extra). Additionally, though I specified no tomatoes, they were present, so I cannot eat the sandwich since I am allergic. Now I'm going hungry tonight. Very disappointed.

Came in for the free burger for veterans day staff was great food was perfect love those steak fries! Manager came by thanked me for my service and gave me a coupon for next visit. My only surprise was it was not as busy as I thought it would be. Their loss who missed out.

If I were to recommend anything, it would be the classic Red Robin burger with a tower of onion rings, with a vanilla malt milkshake. However the service was bad last night the milkshake and onion rings weren't bad. Overall this is my takeaway from this Red Robin.I grew up coming to this Red Robin. However, the last 4 trips over the last 3 years have made me want to find something else. Service has been slowly going down, and the food when customers ask for well done there shouldn't be any pink in the meat. However, the last four times we have come here, that seems to be what my Fiancé and I tend to get out of our hamburgers. As well as the times we come, it really doesn't seem there are too many people there. Servers or customers. So it would make me believe the once childhood favorite place to come eat has started to go downhill.

The waitress very helpful and attentive.she made us feel welcome.l think this is the best Red Robin that is still open in the art, very fresh food. The fries were hat. I got a broccoli lettuce Sandwich on the side and the broccoli was warm and fresh, overall a great experience delicious. I recommend it
