i tried to order online dose not go true 3 times I called the store at 8:00pm i asked for açaí bowl, the girl was so rode with me and she don’t want to place the order on the phone and she asked me to come to the store, i just left the store the time still 8:41pm. When i went inside i asked for the açaí bowl they said it’s too frozen we can’t make it , i didn’t say anything and i just left. Thanks for the badbehavior

Very clean inside. Convenient online ordering system. Drink was available by promised time. Employees didn't acknowledge any of the customers who came in. Guess anyone could have come in and walk out with a to go order.Taste is something of an acquired taste I'm sure. I didn't expect just a strong protein powder flavor. I expected more of an actual smoothie.... But we try things once... If we don't like it at least we know why.. Right? This is not my thing.. Not even if it was free.

walked in at 7:50 on sunday on october 1st came all the way from my home with my family to get smoothies and just cuz i was the only one that came at 7:50 they refused to serve me, its a buisness that is unacceptable i gave my buisness to tropical smoothie down the street

Update: Hi Tracy, i don't think will be visiting this location again. I decided to give it another chance and I ordered through the app and I was 10 minutes away. Unfortunately when I arrived they had not even started preparing the bowl. How is placing the order through the app convenient when I still have to wait between 10-15 minutes for them to make it once I arrive? Then Jacob's attitude is atrocious. He is rude and condescending. I am a proud Smoothie King champion! I just moved here to Manassas and was pleased to find that there was a Smoothie King about 10 minutes from my house. I went to another store and decided to open my app and place my order. My order time should have taken about 10 minutes but I showed up to the store about 7 minutes early and my drink was already done. I retrieved my order got to my car and on the way home I was drinking and there was something hard in my drink so I removed it from my mouth and I don't believe that my drink was blinded properly. As I continue to drink I hope that these were small particles of the protein used to make the smoothie because I had to keep spitting them out with every sip. This drink was absolutely disgusting and I could not finish it. I used my $2 reward plus my cash to get this drink and I could not enjoy it. Please have a chat with your team members to let them know to blend the smoothies a little bit longer. Other smoothie kings that I have visited it will take almost the entire 10 minutes to ensure that the smoothie is smooth. I am including a picture with the particles that were removed from the smoothie. I can only hope that it is the protein that I am thinking that it is.

One of the cleanest Smoothie King locations I've been to in a while. They have a wide variety of smoothie options to choose from, fresh ingredients, and very friendly staff. Anna took my order and made me a Vegan Dark Chocolate Banana smoothie- full of flavor and a perfect consistency. I'll definitely be returning.

I always purchase the 32 oz no ice, but because of I didn't request ice on my smoothie here they gave me less portion stating that because of No Ice request it was not possible to give me a full cup of 32 oz. I'm not coming back to this location

THANK YOU BABY JESUS FOR SMOOTHIE KING!! I went in after a long wednesday and I decide to visit the place around evening time. And as I come in i immediately felt like a guest there, the place felt so heartwarming! When i got to the counter this young girl helped me figure what i should get because i was a little indecisive, the whole time she was patient and so sweet, phenomenal customer service! I also received the smoothie right away, as it felt like a fast food order and when I tasted the smoothie it instantly became my favorite! 10/10 customer service and 10/10 smoothie! definitely will come back just to be greeted by those girls again and to order my new favorite drink!

No complaints at all smoothing king is a good franchise. I came here to get a good high-protein shake. 45g of protein is pretty good. I notice they have also implemented coffee into the smoothies as an option. Since most of the world is so addicted to it including me I decided to add that as well. The shake was great! Customer service was very friendly.
