Used the BOGO deal on the mobile app and got my kids favorite and the only sandwich we get the cold cut combo ended up finding out at home that the lady left out the ham and salami and only put in the bologna for both sandwiches. Both sandwiches combined didn't even make a full sandwich we usually get. Sad few leaves of lettuce and spinach. Hopefully it's an honest mistake or cutting cost on the BOGO deal. I'm afraid it's the latter after reading other reviews so BOGO buyers beware.

Indian woman is rude to me. I come there multiple times for break. Had a co worker with me, she got something added which is extra. Didn’t vocally tell her it was. When it’s my turn, tells me it’s extra with rude tone. Won’t be returning!!!!

Just ordered a footlong double meat. It cost me 16 dollars. I got half a sandwich with barely any meat on it. Clearly people who work here do not know how to read.

Ordered the BOGO 50% off deal they're running right now on one of the new subs, the "Outlaw" ?. What a disappointment. As you can see in the picture it was sad as hell, the meat tasted like day old dog meat, "Baja" ranch was gross tasting and my wife and I left feeling worse for the ware after eating it. The saddest part was the price. The total for two of these weak footlongs was $17 and some change. Our favorite Thai food comes to $24 for two entrees, so having these dog meat subs come even close in price is egregious. Subway should be ashamed.

Great service always. All the women who have waited on me have been friendly and I always enjoy the sandwiches.

I came in the other day with my wife it's my second time coming in to this location. The big light skin boy who was taking my order was so rude to me! Everytime he asked a question he gave me an annoyed look and talked to me so rudely like i was bothering him. Made my sandwich awfully the meat was not spread throughout and was put on so sloppy. I see a different review and you can tell it's him their talking about! Will not be coming to this location again.

Quality of customer service has been down hill! Bring the two original ladies back! Manager Ariella was very rude to me. I understand how frustrating the food industry can be but don't take it out on customers. Been coming here for 5 years! Like Pizza Hut, it's a wrap for Subway for me! 6 dollars for a 6 inch no combo is ridiculous anyways. The beginning of the end at Subway! Hate to see you guys go.

The first issue here is the customer has to order a sandwich verbally, as opposed to digitally (like a touch screen kiosk), where you could build your sandwich, get a number, and pick it up, all nice and neat and 21st-century. But here it's verbal ordering, and the employees making the sandwiches, let's say, don't appear to be thrilled to be making sandwiches. So ordering a sandwich from someone who would probably rather be doing something else is a chore, and, quite frankly, feels bad, man. Subway made me feel bad for going to Subway; nicely done, Subway. Now, if the sandwiches were amazing, maybe going through a dehumanizing experience to get them might be worth it, right? Ah. That's the second issue here: the sandwiches were not amazing. I asked for yellow mustard on my wife's sandwich, and she got yellow mustard, all right. So much so that she laughed; she did not finish the sandwich. Now, in the grand scheme of things, there might be a good Subway out there, one that makes you feel okay for patronizing them, and that makes a decent sub. This is not that Subway. Also, nice to see another reviewer straight up found hairs in his tuna sub. That's pretty much the customer service finishing move for this place. To quote him, "I don't think I'm going to ever come back here again"
