I went to this Subway with my wife during the morning yesterday Friday, April 5, 2024, The personnel was great, but the ladies restroom was a mess. It seemed that it was clogged and the smell was awful! We asked the lady working there and she, very respectfully, mentioned that it was reported but the owner did not take any type of action towards the problem.

Wasted 15 minutes 7/10/23 on their FLBOGO promotion where the website was taken down during their advertised promo period. Went into store to ask if they will honor their offer. To add insult to injury the limited - English staff stated it was" my responsiblity to understand the app " and they could not help and would not honor their offer My response is simple: I don't patronize unethical merchants. The franchiseemay end up in a breadline and I don't mean for a footlong!!

Ordered a footlong Italian sub and they gave me an extra protein (a fly shown in the picture). Took it back and showed it to the employee and she said "our store is clean, there's no flies in the store." She then immediately took the sandwich and tossed it away as if she was trying to get rid of the evidence. Another lady called the manager and while she was on the phone, she asked me, and these were her exact words, "what do you want? refund or what?" During this whole time, they never apologized or anything. Instead they were accusing me for putting the fly in the sandwich. When I was taking the sandwiches back to the store, all I wanted was a sincere apology and refund. Instead, I got accused and had to argue my way through to get the refund. Funny thing is that as I was walking out, there were two flies hovering over their trashcan inside the store.

The heavy set lady that works behind the counter in the morning shift is very rude and doesn't know how to treat the customer. She told me I shouldn't be complaining about how expensive food is when I was clearly paying for 4 footlongs. She also gave me an attitude cause I didn't feel like taking drinks and chips for each sandwich never eating at this subway again. Mind you they didn't have any customers to begin with so...

Was craving subway today but was highly disappointed. The lady making my sandwich was unfriendly as was her co worker. She was rushed, barely spoke and her demeanor was unkind. I kept saying thank you so she knew I was appreciative. My sub was mostly bread and barely anything inside. I hope these two ladies working today have a better day or find a job that makes them happier. Subs isn’t it.

Messed up my sandwich three times I asked for shredded cheese they gave me white cheese and she said is it a big deal it’s just cheap

Ordered the steak & cheese sub. LITERALLY, a tablespoon a meat serve underneath a salad. That's the best I can describe their steak & cheese. This was ordered via Door Dash, and it seems DD orders are ALWAYS garbage. It's best to go to the shop. This place loves to show pictures where the sandwiches are overflowing with meat, but YOUR sandwich will more than likely be nothing but a salad on bread. I actually thought they had forgotten the meat until I took a closer look to see they only put sprinkles of meat on it. Don't waste your money.
