The food was good. Service was poor. They had so much difficulty understanding the order in English. After 20 minutes of back and forth and attempts to give me my order they repeatedly got it wrong. The dining area was filthy. Looking into the kitchen... cluttered, floor and appliances were dirty to the eye. They had the back door propped open. I will not visit this location again.

I'm really disappointed in this place they just went down hill, they have really bad Cockroaches, it was a couple that was crawling around the Rice area. I told the cashier and she just got a napkin and just pick them off. That really turned me off. And it's so unfortunately because their Chicken is so good. Especially with the white sauce. I guess I have to find another place now.
They usually give 6 pieces of white sauce for a whole chicken, they only gave me 3 and I told them I wanted more and they told me they didn't have any and they had run out.This is embarrassing if you have a business and say you ran out of something basic.Afterwards, both workers looked at each other's faces and then they told me when I demanded this should not happen.I am a business owner that is different from this, but the client deserves respect, attention and dedication because the client is paying for your product.

This place every day get worse ? costumer service is bad, I you want to pay cash you better get exactly change. They are very rude. And the worst part, they have cockroaches over the food.Dirty place, bad customer service, bad food and full of cockroaches on the food. They don't even have change for people who want to pay cash.

The people are very nice and work fast. However, I waited for 30 minutes for my food. They couldn't understand me so my order was put in wrong. When I noticed the recipet I asked them nicely if they could fix it and they did. The green sauce was not spicy but more like green pepper sauce. Portions were small and chicken was a bit too salty. My family and I love the Super Pollo in Fredericksburg. Their Peruvian chicken is amazing and all of their sides are super fresh.
