My fiancée and I had an outrageous experience in November 2023. We had already payed online for our order, but as we were at the register, the woman at the register snatched the ice cream away from us, because at that very second it was closing time! So even though our payment went through and we had our ice cream ready at the register they stole us of our money and threatened to call the police to remove us when we argued that we were owed the ice cream we had just payed for. Absolutely disgraceful. Never give a penny to these messed up, cruel and evil-intentioned people.

They always have the worst people working there. They all have attitude and no warm atmosphere. All their bathrooms are out of order and they are still open for business. Terrible place to come. And there is always just one person working there most of the time.

Over all unpleasant experiences and massively over priced. The cup I purchased cost $15.00. The prices need to be more clearly displayed. The cashier never said anything to me except “put it on the scale “ and my total. She was on her phone the whole time I was there. The flavor was nonexistent and I only had a few bites before I was done.Parking: It’s in a shopping center

I don’t know why I choose this place.They say it’s sweet frozen yogurt but it doesn’t taste like that. I’ve eaten yogurt multiple times , but this doesn’t felt like yogurt at all.It simply tastes like frozen water mixed with what ever flavour it is.And they start telling you they will sell based on the weight of the ice cream. Usually you’re paying for the what ever the water mostly and on top of that they charge for topping add on as well. Fruits or Nuts weight more and they charge for that.I prede preparing this in home as it just need to add flavour and water.I had Costco icecream which is just 2$.I still wonder how it’s been surviving in USA for this long.The conclusion is this - I’m not visiting this store again as long as I’m in USA

Decided to get SweetFrog tonight and what a huge mistake that was! I don't know if their machines weren't working properly or what, but it melted all over the car, my pants and my shoes during the 4 min drive home. Probably wouldn't have been near as bad if the darn container didn't have a small hole in the bottom

This was such a cute place. The frozen yogurt was fresh as well as the toppings. The only issue I had was we were unable to sample the flavor prior to purchasing.

i just need to say i been going here since this spot opened up when I was a new Grandpap. My 2 grandbabies, Lyla and Shawni get this treat whenever they visit their Grandpap (me) in the summertime. Now let me tell you ShANi is a easy kid to please she just likes her strawberry flavor with whatever sprinkles are on hand that day. But Lyla on the other left hand is as stubborn as her momma and all the aunties. first they don't have the blueberry one she likes, O.K. I let her know about the other fivew hundred flavors but no. She only likes the blueberry so now i need to call in advance and make sure the damn store has blueberry before i even tell them were going or we ain't going thats how bad it is.

Good was okay but staff was not very helpful. They had two team members who were not present until it came time to pay and then didn't speak a word. Only vaguely motioned to what needed to be done. The chairs and tables are not for adults. Very tiny and flimsy.

Dirty tables and froyo machines. Better management and better workers needed at this location. $25 for 2 cups of froyo is way too much to pay if those are the conditions of an establishment.
