I order a grilled cheese BEAN burrito through doordash today. It was clearly mentioned that it's BEAN, but I received BEAF! . This happened with me for the 2nd time. This totally unprofessional service, change your staff. They don't know how to make a proper order. I am a pure vegetarian. And I received beef for the second time. Bad location of taco bell. ?.

Ivy is the greatest!!!! I came around the drive thru twice because my friends wanted to order more food and she was so patient and understanding and beyond helpful. Her service is what’s needed in this world! She definitely made my night and she is the reason why I continue to go to this location!!! Best location ever.

To be honest it’s Taco Bell. The food generally is the same where ever you go but the service is what matters. I always eat in and yes sometimes I have to wait. The wait is fine because Samira ensures my order is correct, greets me every time, made fresh and store is clean.

A few days ago I went and waited for over 30 minutes because the lady thought we had ordered our food already, even though I tried getting her attention because we were paying cash, then this very obnoxious lady at the window was constantly messing around and joking with the other staff members talking about not wanting to do her job, and this very obnoxious lady at the drive thru is also very rude when you go through the drive through, and they are constantly getting customers orders wrong, very loud and inattentive, and play around a lot I was disappointed with the service.

So i just wanna put the time i was in, 12:30pm. So whoever worked today, please give recognition. It was soooo impressive seeing these ladies run these orders. Smooth and peaceful. The vibe was so right and I couldn't believe it. So I applaud yall for the service. That drive thru line was super busy for lunch, so I used the app instead. Still had to wait but I didn't care. My food was made perfect and fresh. I'm happy to see a place run drama free for the moment.

Every time I come to this location I am harassed and verbally attacked by Yolanda the African American worker and what she says has a bad attitude and is unnecessary towards customers. The customer service is poor, management please retrain your employees.
