Wait 35 minutes for an order of 2 combos...Incredible, in the end I didn't even take them and it wasn't FULL when I placed my order, inside the restaurant there were exactly 6 people who had already ordered before me.Too much time for a "fast" food restaurant, in the end I went to Mac Donalds and they sent me 2 combos in 7 minutes..We have to improve.I go to Taco Bell because I love the Crunchiwrap there.But the service, bad.

Outrages! Three hairs appeared in my food! Instant turn down

I waited in the drive thru for AN HOUR. It took 30 minutes to get to the speaker and 30 minutes to get to the window to get my food. I work in the food industry so I get it but an hour? We received no apology or anything for the inconvenience or any compensation for our time at that. Our food was cold and hard. Not only that but the lack of customer service acting like I’m an inconvenience is insane to me. Acting like doing the job that you get paid for is such an inconvenience. I wasn’t even going to bother going in to complain because all they had were incompetent teenagers working and I bet it would’ve been another hour before I’d get to talk to a manager who I bet is another incompetent teenager. I doubt management will reach out to me over this. Stop hiring lazy teenagers and hire people who actually want to work and do their job. There’s a reason why so many people can’t get jobs right now and it’s because the lazy teenagers get hired over the hard working young adults.

Just had a worst experience with this old lady,Who don’t know how to deal with customersThe old age lady is the most unprofessional employee of this franchise,So we were about to order through machine but they had no chipotle chicken in it,We tried to order it on counter,We waited for few minutes they were staring at us but not coming to get order, we called on her she said wait there in a aggressive tone,Then the tall guy came and helped us.Putting this review so y’ll be aware of them,And if possible please change that staff,Since she was looking like she has been forced to work here,

HORRIBLE. Waited for over an hour in the drivethru. It took so long the person in front of me fell asleep and I had to wake him up. Then when I get to the front of the line they tell me my online order is buried under a pile of other online orders so it’ll take 20 minutes. I asked them if they could make me something else but they refused. I argued with them back and forth until they finally agreed to make my food.
