I wanted to try the new Cantina Chicken burrito and I knew if I made a pickup order I'd get screwed to begin with. I pretty much got a nasty vegetarian burrito very little cantina chicken in the burrito. The taco my friend got had more chicken in it. You charge $6 for a burrito soft taco size, Taco bell you should be ashamed of yourself. I also added for fire sauce to be added to the pick up order and somebody didn't have enough brains to see that and add 3 fire sauces. Just another example of rising prices and getting less.

Never have a window person come to the make line without changing there gloves first and also please stop having full conversations over peoples food so nasty ? … came here again and dude on the make line wiping old food from counter back into food with a napkins ? I left immediately I need no help ✌️

Came in for a pickup and my order wasn't on the shelf but it was marked as ready. After waiting around for around 10 minutes, they asked what I was waiting for and said they couldn't find my order. After looking some more they realized they put the wrong sticker on the order on the shelf, so my food was dying at the pass for over 15 minutes. It sucks that I had to waste extra time from my lunch break waiting for food that was already done and should've been properly marked.

Bye Taco Bell, you took the veggie burrito so I switched to Burger King across the street. People there are awesome but not longer able to eat there because the rice bean burrito has no taste and is just a bowl of high glycemic carbs.Review before they removed the veggie burrito…Best Taco Bell in the area, and people are very nice there. Kudos to Alexander the cashier, he has really good manners and is pretty efficientVegetarian options: They removed the veggie burrito and the bean rice burrito is a bowl of heart attack, so avoid this place.

me and my friend got food poisoning from the crunchwraps on 1/9/24. either lettuce or sour cream. we're both vomiting and super ill, i tried to call the location to let them know so i wouldn't post a review and no reply. orders were at 6:30ish pm and for madie b, and thomas c. i don't even want a refund just don't get anyone else sick or don't order the crunchwraps. this is the sickest i've felt in my entire life. i'll update this review if i find out the strain, as i will likely be going to doctor due to severity. thank you

I pull up. A few people inside. One car at the window waiting for their food, no one at the drive thru ordering or anything.Sweet, nice and fast, right? 10 minutes later, still sitting behind that same car at the window that hasn't moved. (They were waiting before I even pulled into the area). 6 cars lined up behind us. People waiting in line just to get to order.Not often do I just pull out, but they're not working inside apparently.
