Extremely disappointing all around. Everything was soggy and undercooked. One of the worst sandwiches I've had in a long time. I ordered a falafel sandwich and fries and the baklava cheesecake for carry out. It was ready when I got there, so I guess the service was fine. The falafels themselves were actually very good, but the sandwich was overridden and wet from tomatoes and olives. I don't know how bread can be raw, but that's the best description I can come up with. Even the cheesecake was soggy. How is that even possible?!! They must be extremely talented in the "soggy" department. Uggh. As for the "baklava" part of it - there was a thin layer of brown of filo pastry (soggy, of course) with a few nuts scattered on top. Overall, I threw out about 80% of the meal. Just nasty.

Stopped in one evening to grab dinner to go. I've never heard of or been in a "The Halal Guys" before. It looked like a middle eastern version of a Subway. I came in planning to order a Gyro and fries to go. And that's what I ordered. When I got the food home and opened it up - I was surprised to find the filling in the Gyro was a bunch of small, chopped up pieces of Gyro meat, mixed in with what looked like small, chopped up pieces of bacon - instead of large, meaty chunks of Gyro meat. The whole thing was way oversauced. Eating it was incredibly messy. The only good thing about the meal was the fries were perfectly cooked - hot and crispy on the outside - with a bit of that softer, creamy potato on the inside of the fries - and appropriately salted for my palate, Paid with Apple Pay. I don't see myself returning. #TheHalalGuys

I'm writing this review as I lay on my bathroom floor, my insides are desperately trying to become my outsides. Please save yourself the pain and dehydration don't eat here, the food was subpar to most of the Halal Guys I've been to which should have been a clue. After a few hours my stomach began to hurt and shortly after... well I'll spare you the gruesome details. How do I know it was this food you may ask, it was the only thing I had eaten in the past day.

Chicken was dry. Lettuce was yellow wilted. Asked for dressing on the side and after driving back to work realized they didn’t include. Pitched the whole gross sandwich.
Yesterday was my third visit with friends. The first time was not too bad, the second time was so-so, but yesterday's meal made both of us sick. Also, the customer service is not improving.

More than once I have found hair in my food. Tonight is the last of me ever eating here. It almost feels as if the two pieces of hair are thrown in the bowl purposely and intentionally. I am disgusted because out of all the times I ordered my food here, sometimes 3, 4 platters per order- out of each time, two pieces of hair were always on one of the bowls. Please do better.

We ate here yesterday. Ladies behind the counter were nice. I got chicken and my husband got steak. Took leftovers of both home to our son. Husband got violently sick within an hour of being home. Son took a little longer. Thankful I was fine. DO NOT eat the steak! Both of them had food poisoning!

Stopped in at the Bull Run location for my first time. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I got the combo platter and could not finish it all and I can eat quite a bit. Flavors were bold for the chicken and beef, A bit of smoky taste but not overbearing. I ordered the white sauce and 2 lines of hot sauce as well as a scoop of hummus. All was fantastic. My son ordered a combo sandwich which were the same meats in a gyro format and huge. He has come here before and recommended that we try it. Glad we did. Great job Halal Guys!
