I usually don’t write bad reviews but the food from this store gave me food poisoning. I’m a repeat customer at this location and I’ve never experienced any issues here until now. I don’t necessarily think it’s this store’s fault either, as my roommate got food poisoning recently from the Fairfax Town Center location lol.

Came in, placed an order for an Acai bowl. Received my order, sat down to eat it. Acai bowl was an entire frozen block of ice, you couldn't even stick a spoon in it- frozen solid. I politely went to the counter to see if they could maybe make a new fresh one. I was told "we were busy and made them earlier and forgot to take them out of freezer, nothing we can do about it." They didn't offer to make me one that was...edible . How could they charge me $12 for something Id have to wait to thaw. Would it be acceptable to hand someone a smoothie that was frozen solid? Completely rude teenagers with no respect working there. I left, not worth the argument. My advice- don't patron this store!! They are lacking leadership and customer service values!

Always a good experience at this location. Friendly, fresh, and fast. My favorite is the kale apple slaw. Three cheese chicken quesadilla is my go to.Parking: Parking in front of store.Kid-friendliness: Chill environment. Not a whole lot a child could get into.

Tried to make an order online and pay with a store gift card I received for Christmas, but there was no option online to pay with the gift card. I had to go into the store and order and pay with the gift card instead which wasn't too bad. The place was nice and clean. I was pleasantly greeted by a female employee that was already making smoothies for online orders and it seemed like she was the only employee. Once I made my order and sat down and waited, a family of about 10 came into the store. Magically 3 other employees came from the back to assist with servicing the family of 10. My order was ready in no time which was great. I'm just thankful I arrived in the store before the party of 10 arrived. It would've made my wait a little longer. Overall experience was great.

The place was very clean.... perhaps because they were not busy? I placed an order on the app, arrived before the estimated finished time so I sat down to wait. None of the employees acknowledged me or said hello. Several people have come in and picked up their orders. I heard a drink being made, but was never placed in the pick up area. Nothing on the order monitor either. I waited a few minutes, watching, listening to a young lady yelling at her coworkersin the back, so I decided to ask for my order. They placed it in the cooler so it melted some. Good Flavor, nice clean place, but overall service is a bit impersonal.

They keep forgetting my orders, they never gave me my refund. The lady I spoke to didn’t know how to give a refund and told me the boss would call me. Never got my refund or call back.Kaila, also very rude employee. they don’t wash the blenders. employees don’t seem to be trained enough. The tropical smoothie next to the spa is way way better. Don’t go here

Went inside to get a drink. Short chunky dark skinned girl was very rude towards her coworkers, yelling about a mess and to hurry up. I believe her name was Kalia...this is the 2nd time this has happened. I felt bad for the other workers. It was very busy and they were doing their best. This lady is always angry. I will give 5 stars when she fixes her attitude. Until then, I'm going to Smoothie King.

Never written a review bc I usually have a good experience where I go. But today I went into tropical smoothie Cafe for the first time and probably won't ever again. Walked in and instead of being greeted I got this look like I had something on my face. Or I was being inconsiderate for wanting to place an order. All the employees were looking at me like I was weird or they are too good to serve me.. I'm diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder so my paranoia in public place run high. I'm already uncomfortable but they made me more anxious. I have bad self esteem so this didnt help. I just wanted to just walk away and not take the smoothie. When I walked out finally they were all still staring at me at the window. I'm pretty sure they talked about me behind my back. I cried outside while waiting for my lyft. I did not have a good experience.
