The food was good. I waited 15 minutes for someone to help me get a lane because no one was at the desk and I had to ask 2 employees. The lane kept getting stuck and it took long to fix each time. I had a good time other than that.

Super fun to do a date night or hangout with the family. They play great music, have good food and drinks!

I had a bd event here with some friends and all I can say was that the experience was nothing but stressful. The front desk put down the improper amount of hours down for us to bowl and it took several conversation to correct this. Furthermore the food service was very slow and took repeated requests for water and food and took a long time to even get additional plates. One of the lanes we rented had some ongoing issues with the clearing and scoring such that it was hard to play consistently. Rather than spending my time with friends I ended up spending a bit of my time going back with the staff trying to figure out what was going on. All in all very stressful and unpleasant experience; Would not recommend.

Service at the bar is not the friendliest. The bartenders definitely seem interested in their job. Not very attentive or responsive. I've been there 3 times and it has always been different bartenders so I imagine it is an internal culture thing with the company. Food is just ok. Not as bad as Applebee's, but nothing great either.

After being a regular at the arcade here in Uptown Alley, it saddens me to have to give a negative review but I hope that this might bring a positive change. The arcade recently switched to a credits/points system similar to Dave&Busters, Round1, etc. This new system is not a problem itself and I don't have an issue with it. It also keeps it up to par with their competition I guess. The issue is that the new system changed how their weekly “specials” work, only that’s what they used to be. They used to have Throwback Thursdays where all arcade games(minus claw machines) were 25 cents each to play. This was a great deal! This deal really set their arcade as the go-to place for games locally. However because of the new system, the new “special” on Thursdays is anything but a deal. In fact I called them on the phone to ask about the new Thursday special and no employee seemed to have any idea what it really was. I don’t blame them either considering it has no description anywhere. One employee said he thinks it means the arcade games are 60% off so he is probably correct.I went to the arcade yesterday to check out the new “deal”. Some arcade games cost just as much or even higher than the claw machines! The only game I saw that was equivalent to 25 cents in credits/points form was skee ball, a non ticket game. Even air hockey was more, a non ticket game that requires two players. Just to show how big a change this is, I will explain. The old Throwback Thursday deal meant for a $10 game card, you could play 40 games for 25 cents each. Now however, for a $10 game card, you get 40 credits/points but nearly all games cost more than 1 credit/point(minus skee ball). For example, one game costs 3.4 credits now when before it would have been 25 cents=1 credit. So if you were to play only this game, instead of 40 games for 1 credit each, now you get about 13 games.I’m disappointed in this change and I hope that they reconsider their new “special”. Again I want to state that the new credit/point system is NOT an issue, the new “deals” are the problem. Unfortunately I don’t think it’s worth it to come back unless they bring back an equivalent Throwback Thursday to the old one which would be 1 credit games= 25 cents games. I really do enjoy this place. The arcade, bowing, and food. If they do fix their Thursday special, I would be more than happy to change my review to a positive one. So I hope my review is seen and taken in to consideration.

This is a great place for a teen party. Parker was a great host and he was attentive to my families needs. I would recommend this place and Parker for a great night out with the family.

Bathrooms were a mess but it was extremely busy. While waiting to bowl we played arcade games.
