I’ve tried 3 times on 3 different occasions to get a frosty here in the evening. They are either melted or the wrong flavor. Today I went through to try the new orange creamsicle flavor and it was completely melted.

Food was good. The person taking orders for the drive-thru seemed a little overwhelmed and missed part of our order. The bulk of the order was correct and served efficiently. Did a quick check of food and were missing 2 sandwiches. Those were also prepared quickly once we notified them. Food was good service was quick overall. If the one worker had just slowed down a bit, and/or confirmed the order things would have been better, although know a lot of that was because it was super busy and they have to try and meet time guidelines or whatever it's called.

Ordered 2 baconator meals large at 10:36 pm Sept 10th 2023. Asked for one regular and one without cheese and without mayo. What do your night shift give me ? One baconator and some 1 patty burger with tomatoes and lettuce and no condiments on it. IM ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES. First off, wrong order second off fire your night staff or train them properly. How can you mess up THIS BAD ?!Called the store 4 times and no one answered. Common what kind of business are you running here ? McDonald’s does better than you.
