I never met such a rude and immature manager. I waited for 35 minutes after the pickup time. It was a busy night, so that is what it was. He even yelled, "welp I'm gonna get fired". Which was awkward for both the customers and his coworkers. Again, they were really backed up, but the thing that made me a little mad was the fact that the manager saw a female come in who was behind other people in ticket order, and prioritized her. Again, whatever. But this is the reason why I'm not coming back here. As I picked up the order he said loudly, "Wow I bet he's just taking an order that was not even his". The fact that you take your anger out on your customers is pathetic. All the customers were being patient, yet you accused me of taking someone else's order just to make yourself feel big. To whoever hired him, please vet your employees better.

The thin and short guy (looks like kid) who works in the counter is so rude to the delivery drivers. Forgot to hand me drink for the order. Took 20 minutes to complete the 6pcs chicken combo order.

I really want to point this out!April 11 2024, at 10:06pm I went to pick up an order for Uber eats.After the order was given to me by one of the employees I noticed I haven’t been able to verify the order with the ticket in the bag. I kindly ask in Spanish to the lady in the cashier, How can I make sure this is my order? and she reply with an attitude we don’t suppose to leave the tickets in the bag for Uber eats delivery. I kindly ask her one more time, How can I verify for my customer that his order is complete? And she reply with rudeness and a really bad attitude again, your job is only pick up and deliver the order if their is any mistake Uber will contact us ? them her coworker another lady came with such a bad an sarcastic manner said “also have work for Uber that’s not your job to ask for verification” I have answered my only question was how can I see my customer order in the ticket because the ticket was never shown to me, she show the ticket very irritated and I thanks them for let it me make sure I delivering the right order.I am a customer for Wingstop from many years and this is the last time I will go back WINGSTOP MANASSAS CENTREVILLE RD. to purchase any order!Customer satisfaction: 1/10Customer oriented for the two ladies 0/10Recommending WINGSTOP MANASSAS CENTREVILLE RD never again.Att: General ManagerPlease follow up with me for more clarification at this matter.PS: Your employees need more training on customer service at this location

I visited this location this evening, and receive the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. After placing my order, and realizing how dissatisfying it was, I had asked for a refund. Not only did the employee refuse a refund, refused to give me her name, refused to give me who her head advisor was ect . I left the restaurant with no food, no refund, and no resolution offered from the manager whatsoever. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone for any reason.

Food is fine. Service is generally not great. It always feels like you’re inconveniencing the staff. They’re regularly out of basic stuff like Coke if their machine is even working and they have no interest in trying to fix any issues.

Very minimal counter experience and language barrier long wait, not even aknowledgment of customer at counter for 6 mins on entering... Coca cola machine didn't have any regular coke products available...had to go to dominoes for a soda for the Wife... Minimal staffing...observed same thing happen to other customers entering to place orders...driver pickups prioritized vs counter orders as staff not attentive to people waiting to place orders or the "order in which " people arriving. If this is the customer service to expect We won't be back or reccomend this specific location. Management, Franchise owner and or corporate need more involvement here. Wingstop do better ...staff your locations appropriately and provide a better guest experience and or additional training. At this point anything would be better then it is. Existing Google rating speaks for itself....

I have gone to this location several times, and I have always had a fantastic time and experience their, I decided to order my self some wings along with some other good stuff, and when I got to the store to pick up my order I was welcomed very kindly, and I went over to a table to check my food and the food was accurate I was not missing anything, all the items that I had ordered where in the bag, the fries were amazing and the food was hot and i don’t know I just could tell that they were just made, the food was just delicious and my family and I really enjoyed this meal, what ever you guys are doing keep it up because you guys are with this foodKid-friendliness: I loved this place, especially because you can go with your family and actually have a great time and enjoy great food along with great service

Ordered online for delivery. Missing items - called and was offered a refund or to pick up. I wanted to check with my hubby before deciding, so called back 2 mins later - spoke to a different person who was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. Refused to refund the drink in my order because she "she gave it to the dasher" - told me it was my problem. When I said that was poor customer service she basically told me tough.Won't be eating here again.

Manager Kimberly very disrespectful and ignorant, I approached to the register and started to telling my order she completed ignored my self walked away from there to the back without a word she was back and forth to the from but completely ignoring customers then someone else came from the back to take my order. After I did one we asked for a water cup the cashier when to her and asked if he can give it to me she told hem that I have to pay for a cup even if it will be for water, it was insane after spent $68 on my order I couldn’t have a small cup for water very disappointing and not a kind person for the position
