Classic dinner. Friendly staff. Daily specials are always good. Food is fresh made and tasty. You can even get a beer, but it's still family friendly.

While making our trek from NYC back to SC saw this place on list of food stops along the freeway. So glad we gave it a shot. I opted for the special burger cooked medium with jalapeños and pepper jack, lettuce and tomato. Tasted like a Whopper, but juicy, with some heat. Went with onion rings and washed it all down with a Coke. Burger was one of the best I can remember and rings were on point as well. Service was friendly and competent. Felt like a cafe should.

We saw the old Salem sign on the highway and figured to give it a try. Is it comfortable friendly place in a strip mall. We would definitely return.

Good food. Cooked from scratch. Non greasy breakfasts. The patty melt is to die for.. portions are large. It is a republican establishment. Some people cant get over that… but always friendly and treated with

Prices on some things are a little bit to much but outside of that great place to eat. Wonderful people. I love the owners. They're the greatest. I recommend that place to anyone.

Friendly service (especially for 7am!) and tasty breakfast with large portions. The biscuits and gravy were peppery (which is how I like them, but beware if you don't love spice) and the omelette was nice and fluffy. They had grilled tomatoes which was unusual and a nice surprise! The only bad thing was the coffee. Really didn't like the coffee: it was weak and tasted cheap. But the place was jumpin' on a Saturday morning! Nice little pit stop on our road trip.

Just a classic American type of place. Good prices, simple food, decent selection of drinks. My partner and I stopped for lunch while driving through town. This cafe hosts community events (karaoke night, live music). Its a small restaurant, but the layout is comfortable. It's hard to complain about a place like this. Decent meal for a good price in a comfortable little dining room w/ bar access, TVs, chalk board displaying specials and upcoming events. The back of house area looked a little disorganized, and a lot is visible from the dining area, but nothing worth complaining about.
