Great stop of you need a quick bite to eat. The biscuits are great.
Do not come to this place. I placed my order online and they said it would take 38 minutes to do it and I arrived at the place after 38 minutes and they made me wait more than 30 minutes. bad servicedon't come here to waste your time

On race day no chicken in the morning very poorly run business.
Everytime i come to this location i either aint getting something they miss something or they aint got nothing guy told me 11 n a half mins on chicken but it was chicken up in the warmer and then tells me its gone be a hour on biscuits this location needs a team revamp or something guys just seem lazy and like they done want to do any work

My experiences are based on 4 visits to this location. 09/28 I visited at approx 6:30pm has to wait 20 mins for my order. 9/30 at aprox 08:45am they had lost my breakfast order, and I had to wait for them to “Remake” it. 09/30 I returned to pick up a box of chicken, and again had an extraordinary long wait. The staff was nice and the place was clean. During my visit, I noticed other customer’s experience the same wait times, but management was tied up with personal issues. While I think Bojangles is a really great place, this location, has lost my business

Ordered Number two . Medium. Egg was cold and got a small on Bo rounds . And I had to back up and ask for my card.. I know ya get busy .. I had been here before no problems .

This location needs serious managerial assistance. Pulled up to window to pay, asked the cashier who was wearikg a managers uniform to add a bo berry bisicuit and asked for ketchup, he gave me a few packs and literally threw the rest of the packs in his hand back in the bin near him. They forgot one of our biscuits, didn't get the bo Berry at all, forgot one of our drinks, had to go inside to get all of this corrected, still never received a receipt. Will not be back to this location for a while, give them time to restructure their management.Gentleman who was working the cook line and guy who was operating the cash register both were very helpful, especially the guy behind the cook line.
