Keelo was super sweet and quick with our order! The store was very clean and the staff was super friendly. This is definitely my favorite Jersey Mike's. Every time I have been here (and trust me I order from here a lot) all of the staff has been very kind and efficient. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Eaten here several times since opening and it is always fantastic. Clean, very helpful staff and delicious food. It is more expensive than Subway, but it is a MUCH better establishment in terms of food quality and taste.It feels so nice having another sub place option in a town that has been dominated by Subway.

My visit today was awesome. The 2 young ladies working Kilo and Raven did amazing. I knew they were busy when I went in since there was a line. They also was short a person and had a lot of online orders. I spoke with the ladies and told them to keep up the amazing job ?. They were happy and pleasant working very quickly. I didn't see anything negative between the 2 and they had great team work and communications.

Ordered food online. Got there when it was suppose to be ready. Was told the order was on the grill. 30 minutes later , was told it had been ready for 20 minutes. Turns out they had 2 orders with the same first mane, but they had been told 3 times the full name on the order. Turns out that they wait till they have 8 hot orders before they start using the grill. All cold orders get fix first.The food was very tasteless and the bread was tough to chew. Ordering online doesn't make the wait any less. Was given a very insincere apology for the wait.Will not go back for a long time.Maybe they will have it together by then.

Food is fresh and tastes good. When making my sandwich, the cook forgot that I asked for no onions. He realized his mistake before handing it to me and made me another. They gave me a coupon for a free sub because of the extra time it took to make the new sub. (I had already paid for this one.) Everyone was super friendly and professional and the place is kept clean.

First of all, this is my opinion after about 10 times coming here, I think I got a pretty good idea of this place. Is it more expensive than subway? Yes. Is the food better than subway? Oh heck yes. I really don't understand the negative views. This place is clean, the people working here are awesome,(no, don't know them personally). But omg, they make the absolute best subs in town. Been eating subs in this one horse town for 40+ years and to put it lightly, I'll never eat at subway again. You get what you pay for here. My favorite? Club sub Supreme, Mike's way. You want go wrong. Would've taken a picture of it, but it was so good, didn't have time.

Ordered 5 meals online. Food was tasty but one of us had major food allergy episode. Details belowDietary restrictions: Requested gluten-free bread for one. Sandwiches not marked.Checked the Sandwiches as soon as we got them and had a crew member verify the one we suspected was gluten-free.If it was gluten-free, then their cross contamination procedures were not followed.Our person with celiac began having symptoms within a half hour and still suffering.

I was coming back from Waters Edge Golf Course in Virginia towards North Carolina and found this Jersey Mike's somewhere close to the Border. Sorry I don't know the exact location. Like all Jersey Mike's this one was just as awesome when it came to the food and service. Number 8 Mike's way is the way to go, whether it's a mini regular or a giant that's the one for me. Keep the the good work guys and I'll keep coming to Jersey Mike's.
