If I could give 0 stars, I would. I did a mobile order and had to wait over 30minutes for it when I got there.. When I asked them when mine would be ready they told me they didn’t know, while they continuously filled the drive through and dine in orders. After we finally got our food it was SO dry and over done.

Doesn’t deserve any stars. The Martinsville KFC has the most inept staff I’ve ever seen. Ordered chicken online a day early so there would be no mix ups. I get there at the pick up time yesterday and no chicken. People standing around waiting for chicken to be fried that had been there a long time. The staff told me the wait would be 1 1/2 hrs. I will never go back to this KFC..ever! They owe a refund!

In my opinion the mixture they use nowadays on the chicken is not cooked all the way it's lost its crunch like it's been made on a wet stream it's not cooked like the old days where it can actually crunch when you take a bite and the moisture doesn't go

It has been a while since I've visited KFC approximately five years. I am so very much look forward into trying this restaurant out again. I ordered on the app and everything seem to work OK when I got there was ready right on time. The restaurant looked the very clean and the employees were kind and very helpful. I felt that my chicken looked and tasted overcooked and dry. It may be a few more years before I try KFC again.

I waited 22 minutes for my order pulled to side of Parking lot, needless to say there we're 3 others vehicles wait as well, after abt 22 I went inside to see of my order, Said they gave my order to another person! And so I continued to wait and after 5 minutes I'm still waiting ? So I just requested my money back, and they said No No mask we're getting order ready now! They gave me extra side for the waiting time! When I made it home, I got my food out and the damn biscuits were not done!! Still doughy in the middle! I'll never go back there ever!! Very disappointed and displeasing!!

I saw a one and half star review so we were hesitant in stopping by on our road trip. But we were surprised when greeted by a really friendly cashier. Food came out promptly after. The ice machine was broken but that's no problem. Clean outside and inside.

Walked in to sit down for a working lunch; it took 6 minutes for the folks standing around joking and laughing in the middle to the back end of the restaurant cooking area to acknowledge my presence and take my order. The clerk was obviously disturbed that I walked in. Service was fast and curt. Drink machine had no ice, I mentioned it and was told I'd have to drink it like that. The soft drink was warm. The food was hot however, I'll give them that. During the time I sat in the restaurant to eat, there was no other walk-ins and only 2 in drive-thru. Employees were very loud in the food prep area and the music playing in the dining area was very loud. Def would not come back.
